Chapter: Chapter 3
There had not been any big incident in Heaven since the departure. Angels tended to be quite selfless in the cause of their species and deviant behaviour was not part of their culture or nature. They were seen as the epitomes of virtue generally amongst most of the species. So much so that there were a few religions which had existed and come to exist that proclaimed them to be the creations and representatives of an all powerful being who resided with them in a most hallowed part of their nation. The religions called this being God.The religions centred on this shared differences as well as similarities. A common similarity was the divine status bestowed upon angels. The angels in truth, were just as confused as any species as to their origin. Even with their great intellect, the question baffled them. Even though the religion seemed ridiculous, Heaven didn't mind it. It made dealings with adherents of the faith diplomats came across go in their favour. They were not about

Chapter: Chapter 2
"Do you wish to feel alive?"Those words now occupied much of the inside of his head. The words followed him around like a heavy cloud about to release a fierce outpoor of rain. He couldn't deny the pleasure the words had given him when he heard them. The voices had proposed a possibility of getting back a semblance of the life which he once had lived. A life which he had been disappointingly deprived of through circumstances beyond his control. The images of his life before Heaven decided to pull away from the rest of the world came to him as the sound of the voices replayed his head. When they came, he could almost even smell the rich perfumes on the Elven women of Banor he had once shared beds with. He could almost taste the sweet lips of the delicate fairies of Tamiti and touch the unique feel of the humans whom back then he did not seem to be able to get enough of. The memories of various other races and the exot

Chapter: Chapter 1. (Wings)
Ramiel lay on the space around the podium for huge statue in the Garden of Reflection. The garden truly earned its name. It had magnificent flowers of various kinds which lent the feeling of calmness to the setting. The mirror-like pool was ever calm with floating cherry blossoms. It was a great place to be at anytime, yet it was a place which always saw little to no visitations. As Samael put it, it was a place were the lazy and irresponsible went to avoid their duties mentally and physically. Ramiel could often be found in that part of Heaven, the floating Domain, a lot of times. He had tried explaining the reason he came there to Sameal once and had become doomed to regret it ever since."Sometimes one has to find a way to clear up thoughts that makes one less efficien in one's duties."He had used those words because he knew the ever serious Sameal would never understand or take kindly to him telling him the

Chapter: Prologue
As they sat next to the fire on an ungodly cold night, the passion sizzled through. They had been talking for a while and at that point, they still were. At points like these on past occasions, someone would bid the other a good night and go off to their rooms with an image of the other taking up their thoughts until they drifted into sleep, but this night was quite different. They were still talking, well past the point when someone would indicate a desire to end the night. The conversation went on and not because either of them was into the conversation. They stayed because both were waiting for the other to make a first move. For what seemed like an eternity, they talked, never breaking eye contact, hearts pounding at the thought of the two existing possibilities, that something would happen and the fact that something could also not. They were both slowly heating up as the night grew older, and colder, both nearing the b
