Chapter: Chapter 7
The week has been running fast. Yesterday was the high school graduation. The school cheerleaders did a wonderful work on their performance which they asked for my help with. I begged Michelle to help also because of her skills in acrobatics and I have to say she was very helpful. Michelle told me Luke was accepted at Harvard University to study mechanical engineering as his major and he will be leaving for Harvard tomorrow. I have to say I was so proud of him and I feel so sad Luke has to so soon. God knows I am going to miss him. I wish I don’t have to let him go even though he said he can’t be friends with me, I couldn’t help stop myself from sneaking out of class to watch him practice football on the field. “Lana, Lana, Lana!!!”

Chapter: Chapter 6
It’s been 3 weeks since the incident with Sofia. I haven’t seen Luke since he said we could no longer be friends. I have been avoiding him in school. I avoid the normal routes he takes, to class, school gym, and the field. I have been throwing myself in my reading, spending more time at the girl’s locker room and the library just so that I won’t see him. Michelle is more at my home than I am at hers and she doesn’t mind. She did mean it when she said she will be supportive. Tomorrow is the Blossom Annual Dancing Festival. I am so nervous. I have been eating ice-cream and listening to music to calm my nerves but none seem to be working. Aunt Alice volunteered to drive me around town to see if it help but all I think of right now is Luke. Not talking to him and seeing him for weeks seems to be doing a number on me.

Chapter: Chapter 5
I don’t wait for 7 am to reach. By 5:30 am I am out of Michelle’s house. I left a note for her telling her I needed an extra hour to practice. By 6:12 I arrive at the ballad academy. I drop my duffle bag on the floor, change my cloth, and pick up a piece of cloth from the bag. I take out my phone and connect my Bluetooth to the speakers. I scroll through my music and play the selected music for the Blossom Annual Dance Festival to the highest. I blindfold myself with the piece of cloth from my duffle. Like Mr. Arnold said I listen to my emotions and pick the most painful one, ‘Luke’ and I start dancing. I let the emotions move through my body. I dance for a while, and then I remember the few martial art moves Michelle taught me. I wait for the song to reach the end and I angle my leg like a triangle and I turn round like I am douching a fist and I bent round and

Chapter: Chapter 4
It’s been four months since the expulsion of Rita and her minions. I and Michelle are fast becoming best friends. We now finish each other sentences. It’s like I have known her all my life. I turn and look at Michelle and Aunt Alice at the far end of the class. Michelle waves at me when she notices my gaze. We have an hour left to the dance rehearsals. Mr. Arnold has us dancing no stop. “Every step of your legs, every wave of your hands, every movement of your body and every expression of your face must tell the same story,” he says all the time. Luke will be graduating next month and I am yet to tell him how I feel about him. I have been
