He stared at me over the table, trying to read beneath my cold poker expression. He grimaced and look down into his paper. "If you could wish for one thing Rosaline, what would it be?" Rosaline. I hated the way he pronounced my name. Casually, without fear, as if we've been long time friends, I could still taste the blood on my mouth, could still recall looking into his ice cold eyes as he sneered down at my slumped body, could still remember the words he snapped over my bleeding body. "You're so pathetic Rosaline, thinking that you'll be free, you'll always belong to me, always." "Rosaline"The psychologist called my name softy, waking me up from my memory, I realised my hands were violently shaking. I bit hard on my lip. I refused to be weak. I look into his eyes and smirked coldly. " I wish to go to sleep and never wake up". He stared at me with so much patience, so much concern, it irritated me. "What does that mean Rosaline?" I stuck the cigarette between my lips, ignoring the no smoking sign on the door, silently daring him to scold me. I took some time before answering. "I want to die Sir." I drawled nonchalantly.

I glared intensely into the mirror, my lips set in a pout of distaste. I grudgingly watched the swirls of my blonde hair gracefully cascade down my back and hips. I looked like some sort of iconic Disney princess and for the countless time, I found myself wishing that i was the opposite of what I saw in the mirror. I didn't want to be beautiful at all.
