When she took over the management of the small web consulting company after her father's death, it was already heavily in debt . No matter what she did, she couldn't get out of the red again. In spite of her tireless efforts and careful planning, there was a lack of nooks and crannies, for many months she hardly knew how to pay the employees' salaries, and after a while she had also found out that her father had taken out a mortgage on her house had to keep the company afloat.
