Amidst love and heartbreak

 For a lot of people, when they think of love, the first thing that comes into their mind is a husband, a lover, a family member, a child, someone you care about and that most probably cares about you as well. When I think of love, I see that as a state of mind and I happen to write about that state of mind all the time. Well, let me introduce myself to you. She is beautiful. I see her playing with the kids and my heart skips a beat every time. I have had a crush on Emily for as long as I remember. She is just amazing. Double major. Hard-working. Maggie’s POVLove is the most complete feeling a human being might feel. It will bring you a lot of other ones which might be good or bad. You might get a feeling of belonging and care. But you might get other feelings like fear (that you might lose them in any way), or jealousy (that might push them away if not controlled). It is a strong emotion. I would put love in the basic needs section because without love we’re empty.This book, though, is making me feel things that I thought I lost a long time ago. Maggie’s POVMelanie was now in her room facing the window. It was still warm but there was a light breeze. The curtains were moving, following the movements of the tree in front of her house.
