Sarah stood there in front of the mirror in her small bedroom. She had been busy for the last day or so packing her stuff for her last trip with her boyfriend Jake. As she was packing up the last of her clothing in her suitcase she heard a car horn come from the driveway. She opened up the window and hollered down “come give me a hand with this suitcase Jake”. She ran downstairs and pulled the door open right as Jake was making it to the porch. They embraced each other with all they had knowing full well that this could be there last weekend together before they both headed in different directions. Sarah was headed off to join UT-Chattanooga in southern Tennessee on Monday and Jake was due for his first deployment on Tuesday, shipping out to Afghanistan.
