After all the parents came by the church, Patrick explained to them that their kids had gotten kidnapped by an unknown assailant but that she would be apprehended by he police. Once all the kids and parents thanked Patrick and Dorothy, they drove home in search of psychiatrists for their own kids. When all the parents and children had left, which by now it was late in the evening, Dorothy and Patrick went inside the church’s sanctuary to talk to Mathew who was a sixty year old man, and the administrator Patrick had talked to on the road. “So you’re Dorothy,” said Mathew in an observational tone. “I’ve heard quite a bit about you.”
