Love and Music

Sixteen-year-old Jian Adams is a romantic, and she and her friends spend a lot of time talking about love. “Truth or Dare” is considered a “practice for boldness” and the ideal boyfriend is one of the gorgeous members of BTS or anyone of the talented and mysterious guys of Four Strummers. But Jian knows that if she is patient, the real “love” is bound to happen somehow, sooner than she expects. Not now…maybe later? Jian loves music too. She dreams of singing in a band. She plays the guitar well and has been doing so since she was ten. What she loves to do is play the drums. She will find a way to do that too. Jian’s first sighting of Badger and his band playing is at the shopping mall near her school. When they meet, she is timid and anxious. Badger is handsome, funny, charming and in his twenties. Jian tells Badger that she is nineteen. She is assuming that he will not be interested in her if she honestly gave her real age. Jian is eager for her “love”. She never expects that Badger is into her too.
