Chapter 1

Prologue

The old priest, Father Roman, suddenly woke up from his deep sleep when he dreamed of the sign that God had shown him through his dream.

He was sweating profusely and gasped as he got up from his bed and he definitely put on his glasses. He looked at the time and noticed at exactly three o'clock in the morning that his clock had stopped running and he felt as if his mind was urging him to go to church because he had an unexpected visitor waiting for him. He immediately got up from his bed to find out if his confines were true.

He fervently prayed first and asked God for courage to protect him from anything would might happen to him that night, because he felt that it was not an ordinary visitor that waiting for him inside the church. He let out a deep breath first and he certainly opened the door. His fears were suddenly eased when he saw that only a boy was waiting for him.

But every step he took seemed heavy as he approached a boy with a tail behind him while his whole body seemed to be burning because a creature like him did not deserve to be in a Holy place.

However, he still bravely approached it and said,.

"What prompted you to come here?" he said to the boy as he silently stared at the altar where the image of jesus staring at the cross could be seen.

"Why did his men crucify him? if his only desire was for the good of all?" the boy asked him curiously.

Father Roman looked at what the boy had said to him with astonishment in his mind and it was as if he now understood, why God had signaled him to visit the unexpected visitor.

"Because they don't know what they're doing." the Father answered him and at the same time he sat down next to the boy.

"So why did he still forgive those creatures after he was betrayed by another of his servants? Shouldn't he kill them and punish them severely, because he is the son of God and not an ordinary creature like them? Am I right priest?" Said the boy to him as the Father could see in the boy's eyes the astonishment and many questions in his mind.

"You know my little child, not everything should be done in a violent way or way of revenge. Sometimes we also need to understand and forgive even when we are hurt. It is better if you preach him a good lessons and it feels better to forgive from the heart. And that was God wants for all of us, is to forgive and love one another. Isn't that the more appropriate way to get all problems fixed faster?" The Priest spoke softly to him as he slowly saw the disappearance of another part of the boy's body.

"So padre are you saying that there is hope for a demon like me to change?" at the same time the boy looked at him knowingly while the Old Priest just averted his eyes because of his miserable condition.

"Of course! No matter how bad the creature is in the world, no matter how serious the sin you committed against him, he will be accepted and forgiven us." The Priest said tearfully to him.

"If what you are saying is true. Can you also tell me that it is possible for a Monkey sage devil like me to tread on a so-called holy church like this without being hurt? and do you think i can handle that cross that you often carry on every day that i am not hurting and burning? Can he also forgive me and give me another chance even though i know it is too late to repent? what can you say now, Father Roman? Are you happy to see me in front of you again that looks like this and looks defeated in front of you?" He said mischievously to the old Priest while Father Roman was shocked when he discovered who the boy in front of him was. The Priest could not stop the tears from falling in his eyes as he quietly watched the boy slowly disappear in front of him into ashes.

"You are right priest. Evil can never be defeated by the good disciples of God." The last will that the young demon uttered in his mouth before it finally disappeared as a black ash. The father burst into tears and it was too late when he realized who the young man was in front of him.

The Old Priest just held his chest as he uttered the words,.

"Goodbye. Hakim".
