Chapter 17: Hinting Danger

2020-10-20 21:36:16He was waiting for a long time for Princess but when he saw Jackson entering the office he seemed to be somewhat angry but soon saw Princess appear after Jack his expression was at ease.
Jackson brought Princess because he was uncomfortable from the moment he saw a man staring at them at the cemetery and wanted her to be safe.
He knew that while for Princess here in the city is not safe but somehow he has to take care of her all the time but now he is not alone, he has Tom by his side, so he has to warn him of the danger.
Tom welcomed them and sat infront of Princess admiring her beauty at heart. Jack glanced them at the side and then turned to Ronny and said,
"Why is the office empty......"
Ronny understood as to whom he is talking about and said
"Others are busy preparing for the meeting......"
His expression became gloomy. Ronny saw him and laughed hard at heart not making any sound. He knew whenever Jack came to Kripton company, he would stand at the secretary office for a long time rather spending the time with his boss.
Looking towards Princess "take care, after you finish give me a call, I'll pick you up"
She nodded.
"Tom I'll take my leave........" saying this he gestured something with his hands and added
"Take care of her"
Tom saw his gesture and understood that he is hinting him of some danger.
There are some gestures which only his group of friends have come up with to indicate each other if something happens and not allowing others to notice.
Seeing that danger gesture his expression changed and nodded at Jack saying that he understood and let Ronny to send him off.
Then he turned to Princess,
"Shall we start" he said in a low and sweet voice.
"Ok"
She took the documents from her bag and leaned towards him asking for some doubts that he explained and discussed other things with her point to point. As it almost time for the meeting, he got up and said
"Wait for me, I'll send you back after the meeting"
" No need....... I'll take a taxi......."
"If you are uncomfortable then how about calling Jack to pick you up"
Just as he said that he soon dialled Jackson's number. Jackson was nearby his company, since the time he knew that danger is around he inspected the surroundings thoroughly and was relieved but still he changed his all schedule and the meeting hat could not be avoided is held in a nearby coffee shop.
He held his laptop and was discussing something, his phone rang, seeing the caller idhe picked up the call after ending the meeting.
It was his assistant who just investigated the person in the cemetery, said that he was there to visit his relatives and had no other intensions.
Even after confirming that there is no danger, Jackson was not relieved, he was feeling that something is amiss.
'The person in the cemetery is not the one following us to the Kripton company , then who is that person' he thought.
Just as he was thinking about this,Tom's call came over. He received the call and giving his current location he got up and went to Tom's company.
Princess and Thomson were waiting for him.
Jackson came over and took Princess to the elevator, just in time the elevator opened she thought of something and ran over to Thomson who was standing at the office door, his hands were in his pocket and staring at her, so that he can see her for a little longer.
Seeing her running back Jackson was stunned for a moment and shook his head with a wide smile on his face. Even Ronny who was looking over for his boss for a meeting, saw him bending over so that he can look straight in her eyes was surprised.
'Since when and where did his boss learn this? Isn't he someone with great temper?" Ronny said
'But the morning, since he called Jackson, his bossis acting different from usual' Ronny thought.
