04-That’s the plan

Few weeks has passed and it’s almost two months Karol didn’t dream of the same particular dream, to say that she was devastate about the whole dreaming situation she’s already pass that phase.

To say she was irritating with herself it already passes her, she already moved on into her new norm which is eat, study and focusing on completing her MBA.

Since it’s only a year course and she’s almost at her last stage on completing her course and her sleeping pattern changed too without any dream, not a single bad nor good dream that ever occur after that last bit.

Karol tried her hardest by putting her energy onto her studies as she wanted to distract herself from overthinking or drifted her mind towards the last dream of the wolf.

All she remembers is the look the wolf gives to her, the sad pair of eyes look at her innocently and restrain feeling that amid out of the wolf.

The day went as everyone was busy with their own works. Karol’s father, William busy at his station whereas Karol’s mother, Anna busy manage her own tuition center.

Meanwhile, Karol’s sister, Sharon was busy defending an innocent defendant while Karol as always focusing on completing her last bit of assignment before the 3 weeks’ holiday trip.

Later that night after dinner the family gather together at the study room while doing their own things at their own designated tables.

“Okay I’ve search and decided few places but still needed your confirmation on this. So our trip will be going from one place to the other with a designated driver which is Karol and I, we both will take turn driving from the airport to our last destination and from there we will fly back” said Sharon as she looked at the others.

“Explain in details” said daddy as he looks at Sharon.

“Okay so I’ve been thinking right, it’s been like 2 years for me personally, a year for mummy daddy and 7 years for Karol since our last visit to grandpa and grandma’s hometown am I right” said Sharon as she looks at Karol who went rigid and stiff at the very question.

“So you are suggesting us to take a trip down to your grandparent’s hometown?” said Anna as she look at Karol and back to Sharon wanting a sure answer.

“Yes, that’s exactly what I meant mummy” said Sharon firmly.

“I got no complain on that since it’s been awhile” said William as he looks at them.

“Me too, I totally agree with your suggestion, I mean I’m in” said Anna as she smile at her girls.

All three of them turn towards Karol and look at her in a bored with the ‘I’m so done with her’ facial expression while waiting for her reply.

“Fineee.. I’ll go too” agreeing Karol as she drag the e vowel and forcefully smile.

“Yes! Then we’ll go next week since it’s a week away from 15^th August” said Sharon smiling.

“Mummy, daddy did you guys apply to take leaves for 3 weeks? Starting from 15^th August?” asked Karol.

“Yes we both did and of course it’s a go” reply William as he smiles at his daughter.

“Yes! Oh yea! Okay so here’s the breakdown, we will fly to Theodulf airport which take about a duration of 4 hours from here Conchobar, we’ll landed there first and then take another airplane which is the Filtiarn airline to Filtiarn airport which located at the east part of Theodulf then we’ll stay there for a couple of days then drive to Theodulf the main city and stay there a couple of days again then spend our remaining days at Conry which is our grandparent hometown. Is it okay?” asked Sharon as explain and she lay out her plans for the trip.

“So we will drive from Filtiarn airport to our hotel then roam around there for couple of days? Do you know what are we gonna do there? I mean do you have any activities in your itinerary there?” asked Karol as she was curious about Filtiarn as it’s the third time she heard about that place.

“From my research Filtiarn is like a gateway from the concrete jungle where it’s a country style environment with open fields and horse riding back as their hobbies and etc literally the one that you want once you’ve retire from a hectic work” explain Sharon.

“But we can see around there first and if you don’t like the environment then we will move to Theodulf earlier than our schedule” add Sharon.

“Okay then so Filtiarn to Theodulf then to Conry which is our last destination? Why do I feel like I remember those names but I seriously didn’t remember any of it?” said Karol in a confused state while she looks at her family.

“That’s because you never went back there you know. I mean you never went to anywhere around Theodulf other cities. All you ever go is Conry, we often have our layover at Theodulf airport and then straight to Conry airport baby girl. You never roam around the other cities in Theodulf country baby” reply mummy as she looks at Karol with loving stare.

“Okay I get it now, that’s too and probably I ever listen to you guys talking about the other cities” said Karol as she nodding in understanding.

“Oh yea, by the way do you want to take flight from Conry to Theodulf or do you want to drive back to Theodulf airport? If by flight it’ll take around 30-35 minutes and if we drive then it’ll be around two and a half hours, all depends with the traffic flow” said Sharon as she looks at the others trying to reconfirm with the others.

“Can we like buy the ticket instantly at the airport itself if we don’t feel like driving back to the main city?” ask daddy.

“Of course we can do that, so we’ll just see and depends on the situation at that time?” asked Sharon.

“Yes, let’s do this. Let’s just go with the flow. At first we drive then we’ll see if we want to drive back to the main city or nah” said Karol earning a nod of agreeing from mummy daddy.

“Okay then we’ll do just that. Literally a free style kind of trip. Just the bigger picture and do a spontaneous activity along the way” said Sharon.

“Well if we really plan stuff in details, our family isn’t the one will follow them because it will be interrupt one way or another so let’s just enjoy at the moment itself, yes?” said Anna.

“Yes, totally agree with mummy” said William.

“Okay then that’s the plan” said Sharon as she looks at them.

“Yes. That’s the plan” said Anna and William in unison while smiles at each other because of their unison action.
