Chapter 6

           Nora's POV

I got into the class room to see Ria already sited, waiting for me.

I sat down beside her and she smiled at me.

"Hello girlfriend, hope yesterday at that jerk's house wasn't stressful" she inquired and I rolled my eyes.

"Do you think I went to play over there Ria, hell it was stressful. Even now my body, my waist hurts so so much" I retorted and she pouted the leaned closer to me and whispered.

"I'm sorry about that but maybe you could use that opportunity to tame him, make him quit his bullying act, remember you still have to do that" she reminded and I scoffed.

"You don't even pity me, do you? Anyways I'll do it, I don't back down on things I'm supposed to do" I replied and I saw her smile.

Shortly class started and after a long while we got to lunch break period.

Ria and I strolled down the hallway, headed for the canteen when we suddenly got stopped by another school bully, Betty.

She stopped in front of us with her arms folded, her two best friends like bully were solidly behind her. It's was as if they came for war.

Then deciding to ignore her, I moved to the other side and made to pass but she again blocked me.

I then took my eyes to hers.

"What's your problem bit*h?" I huffed.

"That's exactly what I wanted to ask you, what the hell is your problem you slu*ty bit*h? Why are you following my boyfriend home? How many rounds did he give you to?" She half yelled.

By now, a lot of student's attention were already focused on us.

I made to ignore her and leave but Ria whispered something to me.

"Remember to act like the queen you are" she whispered.

I then took a step closer to her and stopped.

"Why asking me you wench? Why don't you ask your bully boyfriend that? Why does he want me and not you?" I fired back and her eyes lited up.

They were.

Woes..

Ahhs..

And a lot of giggling heard by the students.

I have basically hit a point.

She also moved closer to me with her fist folded.

"If you are confident you can take me, meet up with me closing hours, at the school field" she said then walked away with her friends like gang.

"Oh girlfriend, you really impressed me,you'll soon gain more recognition and support from other students. Congrats" she shook my hand after saying and we continued on our way.

"But will you really meet up with her closing hours?" She inquired.

"Well, of course but I'm positive that we aren't gonna fight anyways" I answered.

"Huh, how is that possible?" She stopped walking, faced me then asked.

"Because Scott won't allow it happen, he will surely stop it because we will need to go home together, all I have to do is to waist time before showing up to her" I explained and her eyes widened.

"I think that's true, I bet Scott won't let you fight with his girlfriend, there is no way he'll allow that, heard he likes her a lot" Ria said excited.

We got to the cafeteria and ordered our lunch, we then sat down facing each other on a round table.

After a little long while we were back to class and before you know it school dismissed.

I waisted time before showing up at the school field were students were already gathered, Betty was there already with her two friends.

"I thought you weren't gonna come, I thought you were gonna run away like a chicken that you are" she demonstrated a chicken with her hands and her friends laughed alongside few other students.

I kept a straight face, didn't frown or laugh but simply beckoned on her to come to me with my middle finger which annoyed the hell out of her.

  Scott's POV

I was headed for the garage to get into my car when mark stopped me.

"There is a rumour that I have been hearing about Betty and Nora. I heard Betty challenged Nora to a fight and she accepted, they are currently in the school field ready to fight each other now, are you gonna wait for them to finish each other up before leaving with Nora or....."

"Did you say the school field?" I cut him in.

"Yes, the school field" he confirmed and I left the garage headed for the school field.

After telling her that I don't want to ever see her she dares cause a scene with Nora? 

She's really lucky that she's a lady and I once had something to do with her. I could have killed her.

I got to the field and saw crowd there. They must be watching the amazing show which is about to end right now.

        Nora's POV 

She came to me and stood facing me, it's was as if she was ready to eat me raw. She wanted me raw.

She pressed her forehead on mine with the effort to knock me down but I relented. Then her friends ran up to her, pulled her back and whispered something to her.

She looked up above my shoulder and started stepping back.

Huh, what is she doing? I wondered as she started running away with her friends.

Then I turned back to see... I saw Scott approaching me in the middle of the field with his hands tucked into his trouser pocket.

"What are you doing here? I've been waiting for you, we need to go" he said not too loud or low but a lot of people heard him.

They gasped as he turned back and started off, I hasitated for a while before following him.

I followed him all the way to the garage and without saying anything to each other. We got into his car and he zoomed off.

I noticed he took a different turn this time, I don't know where he is headed but I'm sure this is not the route we followed yesterday.

He continued driving for a long time and then stopped in front of a mall. They mostly sell food there.

"Get down" he ordered as he stepped out.

I upended the car door and got out with him and almost asked him if we were here for shopping.

Slowly I followed him into the mall and he asked me to get all the ingredients for preparing chicken Alfredo pasta, Kung Pao chicken,danish and a lot of other dish.

Wow, that was a hard task. I had to search up all the ingredients on the net then followed the instructions to get all the listed ingredients.

By the time I was done running around the mall, I got really exhausted.

Then we left for his house.

I can't help but notice his mood, his mood seems off. Not that I've known him for long but he doesn't look happy at all.

But I'm really curious, why did Betty run away when she saw Scott approaching. 

Why is she running away from him when she is his girlfriend? That is really really weird and unspoken.

But I couldn't even ask him. We aren't even close and am still scared of him.

We got to his private house this time around and he asked me to prepare chicken Alfredo pasta for him.

One of the food ingredients he asked me to get.

"And get it prepared under 40 minutes, anything more than that I'll add 2 days to your punishment here, to your days as my maid" he stated then left, leaving my mouth wide open in shock.
