Chapter 3

      Nora's POV 

"I..I..can't do it, I can't do all those stuff you mentioned" I said to him with my eyes fixed on the floor.

He chuckled then moved closer to me.

He took his hand to my chin and raised it up.

"Learn them tonight because you'll be following me home tomorrow" he said almost in a whisper with a wide grin on.

"How? I..I mean it's not possible, I can't learn them tonight overnight" I opposed.

He shifted back from me, then he backed me.

"It's part of your punishment, deal with it yourself" he hushed.

"Ok..okay" I stuttered a bit.

"I'll go now" I said and he raised his hand up signifying that I'm allowed to leave.

And then I turned slowly and left the rooftop.

I walked down sullenly to my car with Ria right behind me.

She has agreed to teach me how to cook the few things she knows how to cook.

I quite hate all this.

I got into the car and she got in from the other side then the waiting driver iginted the engine of the car and drove off.

AT HOME.

"This is how to slice an onion" Ria said slicing one and I watched carefully.

She also taught me how to slice a lot of food stuff that needs slicing.

I learnt how to fry eggs and make scrambled eggs.

She taught me how to boil rice, she taught me how to make a perfect coffee and tea and few other things.

After about 6 hours she left for her house and I started practicing it.

I had a lot of hard time slicing tomatoes and pepper. 

I had to follow instructions from the internet about how to prepare Kung Pao chicken, tacos, Danish and a lot more.

I stayed up in the kitchen till my dad and brothers arrived home around 11pm.

They were all surprised seeing what i was doing but I asked them not to disturb me and I continued my cooking.

When it was getting to 1am dad had to come and drag me to my room.

Truly I needed to be dragged away because I felt I was gonna faint if not dragged away from the kitchen.

I didn't bother to bath, I just lie down and immediately slept off till the next day.

I flushed my eyes opened and hell it's 8:23am.

Hell! I rushed up and ran into the bathroom, had a quick bath. I wasn't even sure it was a bath.

Change into a different uniform from yesterday, carried my bag and ran off to school.

I got to school and expected lessons already started. 

I made to sneak into the class from the back but was caught by the present teacher that was teaching, to make the matter worst it's a combined class so a lot of my classmates were in, including the Almighty bully and his friends. 

"Miss Nora, where do you think you're sneaking it to?" She asked loudly and the whole class busted out laughing. 

"I started this class minutes ago and you are just getting now, tell me why you arrived late?" she requested.

"Well..ma'am.." I called and my eyes shifted to the direction Scott was seated.

There was a grin on his face, I'm sure he is enjoying the show.

"What!?" The teacher suddenly yelled after I didn't add to my sentence but kept starring at Scott.

The way and manner she shouted made me shake which made the class erupt into another round of laughter.

'Nothing ma'am, I just woke up late" I replied with my eyes fixed on the ties.

"Get out, you'll get to stay in the detention room until my class ends" she pointed out and I slowly walked out sadly.

This is all that jerk's fault. I really hate him for making me go through all these.

I'll find a way to get my revenge on him, surely I will.

30 minutes later I got out of detention room and made for the next class we are having.

I was about to go into the class when the jerk's voice stopped me.

"I thought you weren't gonna make it to class today, I thought you were running away but thank your a*s you showed up" he said mockingly.

I didn't turn to stare at him as the effect of what happened earlier still affected me so I went on ahead into the class and took a sit. 

Hours later.

We are currently in lunch period and I am feeling super hungry.

"Let's go out for lunch Ria, I am super duper hungry" I clunched onto my tummy and said. 

Ria zipped her bag close and grabbed my arm.

"Thank goodness you're hungry today but why on Earth did you arrive late today, don't tell me you stayed up all late practicing how to cook?" She inquired.

"Of course Ria, do I have a choice? Dad was the one who dragged me to my room when I refused to leave the kitchen" I yearned and said.

"And this morning you couldn't have breakfast right?" She inquired again and looked at me with pity.

"Yes, how could I when I woke up so late?" I replied.

"Ouch so sorry about that" she said and I nodded.

Few minutes later.

We are done with our lunch and are headed back to the class when we saw one of Scott's friend.

He blocked my way with a big smile on.

"I should remind you that you won't be going anywhere after school, you are to wait and go home with Scott."

"We know that alright" Ria was the one that replied him and we continued on our way.

"They are all jerks" Ria frowned and I agreed.

After school closing I ran to the garage and ordered my driver to go home without me cause I forget to inform him in the morning due to the fact that I was rushing. 

He made to ask questions but I didn't let him to. 

I left to look for Scott after I'd done that and soon I sighted him with his girlfriend.

Oh! Did I forget to mention this about Scott? He has a girlfriend that is just like him. A bully, what a perfect match they are. 

I didn't mind the fact that he was kissing and caressing her there I walked up to them and stopped beside them with a very straight face. 

The girl named Betty was the one who talked.

"Bit*h how dare you?" She rasped out but I turned to Scott instead.

"Where is your car?" I inquired and before he could reply I sighted his car few meters away. His friends were actually resting on the car.

I left immediately and heard the girlfriend cussing me.

Well, I don't care about her, I've heard enough for today to worry about some bad bit*h. 

I got to his car, opened it and sat down with my hands folded.

The car door opened and luwis got in.  He always has this creepy smile on his face.  

"Are you annoyed? I suppose you wipe that feeling off cause I know Scott is gonna make things super hard for you" he cooed and I rolled my eyes at him.

"Why do you care?" I yelled and shifted my gaze elsewhere.

He laughed and got off the car.

"Good luck pumpkin" luwis walved at me when Scott arrived.

"Yeah, make sure you don't faint" Mark added his and they both laughed loudly before leaving.

Scott opened the front door and got in without looking at me. I didn't bother looking at him too, I was too angry to.

He started the car, then drove out of the school premises. 

I rested my head on the car sit thinking about everything he is gonna make me pass through.

How did my life end up like this? I know if my dad and brothers get to know, they will surely sue him but I don't want it the hard way.

Even Scott on his own is really wealthy, heard his dad already handed his business to him to manage but I don't no how true the rumour is.

"Lolly!!" I heard someone scream and I opened my eyes.

I rubbed my eyes and starred at his peering eyes.

"Get out of the car" he ordered and I quickly came down.

I didn't even know when I fell asleep in the car. 

"Follow me" he ordered again and started going towards the direction of the entrance.

I focused on him and didn't check out the house or it's size. It was when we got into the sitting room that my mouth fell open.

Did he say it's his private house or did I hear him wrongly yesterday? How possible can this house like mansion be his private house? I stood at a spot wondering.

"Are you gonna stand there forever lolly? Get into the kitchen and prepare something" his hard voice snapped me off my thoughts and I nodded and took the direction that looked like the kitchen and went in.

My mouth fell open again at the size of the kitchen.

I know we have all these at home but thinking about the fact that the house is his is really surprising the shit out of me. 

"You have thirty minutes to prepare the meal, a very good one lolly, thirty minutes" his voice rang into my head.

Oh gosh! What should I even prepare?

Where do I start from? I wondered,confused.
