Teaching River

It all started with a simple gamble: to make the new girl, Mystique admit that she found the renowned player, River, attractive. Everything seemed to be in River's favour, until he realised that Mystique was shamelessly immune to his charms. With River's defeat, he is forced to face the socially suicidal consequence- to sign up for the musical in spite of his inability to sing. This forces River to rely on the only person capable of teaching him how to sing- Mystique who not only has an immune system strong enough to fight off the dreaded charms of River, but also has the best singing voice in the school. In return for his help, she asks him for one thing in return- to help her gain more confidence. However, the relationship between River and Mystique turns out to be anything but simple, and Mystique ends up teaching River much more than just singing.
