View MoreYesterday was shitty as fuck. Recalling Ms. Rochelle and those freaky weirdos in my dreams were probably the worst experience I've had in a lifetime. The unfortunate and discouraging thing is...I'm going back to the cage she's in.But at least, I have friends that keep me sane too.I feel like going in a laidback style since well, it's just the feel I have for today.I throw on my deep blue hoodie with the words 'chill' written and designed beautifully in cursive. It even has a set of glasses to emphasize what it really means. Then I put a pair of jeans. I would've worn sweatpants but well...I guess I'm not gonna go too laidback. And not forgetting my chains and wristwatch and band.Mom
"You can't be serious mom, there's no way that happened!""I'm lowkey being for real with you, I climbed the chopper!!"I laugh again. "When it was on fire?! That sounds hysterical.""I'm not joking! I grabbed the handle and took the couples out of the burning helicopter with only one parachute! And we were heading down fast. But it seems the wind was in our favor." She laughs her ass off."There is absolutely no way I'm believing any of this.""Well, you're definitely not the first to say that, but, I'm happy you didn't pour that coffee on me.""Oh you mean the coffee you made cold?" I raise a brow.
Last day of the tryouts. The weather's pretty cold outside since it's February. Mom had to come to my little "cottage" of a room. So, she helped pick out what I'd wear today since it was so cold. At first, she was all messing around and brought out a sleeveless top with shorts and said since I was a "man" I should withstand and outstand the freaking cold outside. I almost fell off my chair when she threw the clothes at me while putting on a very serious face and tone as she said I should go outside like that.It took me a little while to break through the barrier layer of her eyes. She laughed at me and I just sighed. Heaven and hell know I would be damned if I went out like that. After the tempest of clothes, we had to go through what in the cosmos I'd actually wear. I decided I'd not wear anything too flashy or too casual.
I had to wake up early so that I could practice my skills. Today's a Saturday so mom actually suggested we do it as a warm-up for today's "trial".Right now, I'm basically breathless. Mom made me do some "highly needed" and "highly recommended" pushups. She climbed my back for God's sake! Despite the fact that she looks like she has the model body, she doesn't exactly weigh the same."Come on Jer, you're being lazy! I know I'm rusty right now but you can do better old boy!" She exclaims merely like my coach. Annoying. My mom deserves a smack on the head for even saying she's rusty. She just dribbled the ball on top of me! How that is possible, I don't know either.I come at her for the ball and almost in a flash, she's no more in front of me but beside me. She makes me trip as she kicks the ball in the
