Emmelyn fell silent. She just realized that, in fact, the pressure on Mars to have offsprings was greater than on her. The man was the only child of the Draec kingdom's monarch and he was pressured to continue his family lineage.

So, Mars must have understood what she felt, being used for breeding purposes.

"Hmm ..." Emmelyn finally fluttered her lashes. She felt awkward feeling Prince Mars' nose against hers.

[Can you not take my oxygen?] She only kept those thoughts to herself. She didn't want to ruin the solemn atmosphere.
