LOGINHugo is in search of his father after several years, little did he know that his desperation could lead to discovering his true self
View MoreHugo is hesitant to come up and speak, he's preventing his emotion to take over, he couldn't imagine the fact that the person who gives him courage and strength is lying in a coffin. Cold and Dead never coming back.
He's lost thoughts were interrupted when someone tapped on his shoulders, it was his aunt.
"Hugo it's your turn," she said, and heavens that he heaves deeply and stood up from his seat. Every step closer to the coffin feels like he's stepping on a knife
"T-thank you for c-coming here today" he took a deep breath after that "I don't seem to have the strength and courage to stand here in front" he walks closer to the coffin and touches it with his palm one last time "I didn't know that He'll take you this early, Thank you for the memories that-" he couldn't stop his emotion, his tears are just pouring, his Aunt was wailing, and his cousin was silently crying with his friends and classmates.
"We'll see each other sooner or later, I promise" he swears after that he fell on his knees, fiercely crying he couldn't contain it, unlike this past few days, he's soaking from the pouring rain, the water is trickling on his chin.
His Aunt is staring at him, she's observing him from afar, he told her that he doesn't wanna go home yet and he's just there staring at her tombstone. It kills her to see him like that, she's afraid of what will happen to him or his future.

What would happen to him now? he asked. Hugo doesn't wanna go home cause their house doesn't feel like home, not anymore.
"I promise that we'll see each other again" he whispered, the cold wind is brushing through his skin making him shiver cause he's drenched from the rain and tears that are falling, he touches the delicate name on the tombstone "I l-love yo-ou, M-mom so much, I-lo" he wasn't able to finish his sentence he just broke down.
