Twice Awakened

I was staring at myself in the mirror. A 17 year old girl with long, auburn hair that wisped around her face stared back at me. Her pale complexion was complemented with sporadic freckles across the bridge of her nose and upper cheeks. Frosty ice blue eyes with silver flecks studying her outfit she had chosen for the day. An oversized, soft, gray hoodie that came to about my mid thigh matched to a pair of black jeggings with silver swirls that danced from ankle to knee. I nodded as I was satisfied with my choices and began slipping on my running shoes, readying myself for the walk to school. Grabbing my school bag that lay beside the door, I began to venture downstairs, towards the kitchen. " Hello sunshine," Lizara beamed at me. She was my mom's best friend and my godmother. " how did you sleep?"

With my courier bag packed and a small suitcase, we were off to the airport. Taking in Lolip one last time before moving to Titant. Lolip was close to this territory's Alpha Jacob and with my parents' being royal guards, they stayed close. However, I was moving to another territory with a  new Alpha that I knew nothing about. Ambridom was a vast continent made up of 8 territories all together. Each one of different size, Zcythe was the main city of the upper territory and Titant being one of the main port towns. Sacred Woodlands being the heart of them all and being a place of sanctuary. Rogues of every culture are said to live in the vast woodlands that span hundred of miles across Ambridom.

We had gone through a corridor and then out another until we came to an opening. It was much larger than Lolip's airport by far. Walking into the restaurant I noticed outside tables that had grass roofs and cute wooden tables with matching chairs. It had an upbeat vibe and at the same time seemed so comfy.“Hey Alex how’s business going?” The man behind the counter asked.
