Chapter 4

In the meeting room, everyone was gathered and were excited and afraid at the same time to see Edward. Everyone knew he is cold hearted, angry and emotionless man. All men were afraid but women were impatient to see him. they were all talking about him. then suddenly Edward entered the meeting room and everybody got silent.

All of them bowed their heads and were saying good afternoon.  He entered and without looking at anyone, he sat on the chair like a king. Everybody was looking at his face, they have never seen him before. Girls panty were getting wet to look at him. they were checking out his sexy body and biting their lips. Boys were looking at the girls. Well, many men were also checking out him like he is a piece of cake.

Edward looked up to all employees and roaming his gaze everywhere like he is finding someone special. His expression was cold and there was no emotion in his eyes. He was looking at his ring and playing with it. There was pin drop silence in the whole meeting room. it had been whole five minutes but he did not say anything. now everyone’s excitement and lust for him converted into fear. they were thinking about why he was not saying.

They were all standing silently and bowing their heads. Then suddenly Edward said.

“Where is that dog!!” Edward said in a slow but a dangerous tone and hearing to him they all startled. They did not know whom he was calling. There was no dog in the company. Then whom he was calling a dog.

“Sir, he is still outside and maybe crying,” Sam said to Edward and everybody looking at him.

“Drag him here!!” Edward ordered Sam and he told the bodyguards to go and bring him inside. Hearing him all employee got scared. They were all sweating like a pig. Bodyguards entered in the meeting hall with the manager and made him sit on his knees.

Employee's eyes widened due to fear, it means that the dog was their manager and they just dragged him as he is some kind of garbage. When he could treat him like this then what he would do to them, they were thinking. Edward looked at the manager.

“I have told you to before. I want to select a secretary and everyone should be in the meeting.  right?” Edward said to the manager. He had lowered his head and not looking at him. He nodded his head in yes. He had tightly shut his eyes in the fear and was not daring to look at him. Edward was still playing with his ring but he stopped and looked at the manager.

His hand went to that manager’s tie and pulled him to close to him and made him to see his dangerous face.

“Then why I can't see everyone at this meeting!!” Edward said to him gritted his teeth in anger. Edward pushed him and now the manager was looking at the employee to see who was not there. He was looking and wiping his tears but due to fear because Edward was in front of him he was not able to know that who was missing.

Everyone was looking at him and was hell afraid they were also looking around who was missing.

But the biggest question was, how did he know that someone was missing.

He never came to the company and used to live in foreign. Then how did he know someone was missing. Lucy was also there, as she heard that president is saying that not everyone is here, her heartbeat was racing like a horse. He had told him that he would come in half an hour and now it had been 40 minutes. she was looking at the door and waiting for Drake.

“Sir, I am sorry but I don’t know who is not here but I will go and find him,” Manager said to Edward and he was listening to him quietly and did not say anything. the manager looked up to him to see why did not he said anything to him. as he saw his expressionless face he got scared and fell on the ground. He knew he was not happy from his answer.

He looked at his employee and went to them to ask who was missing. He was

asking then hurriedly and looking back to Edward. He wanted to know before his bodyguards again come to drag him and throw him in his foot.

Drake took a taxi and was looking at his phone. He was calling Emma but she was not picking her phone. He was saying taxi driver to drive as fast as he can. He was looking at his watch. He said to Lucy that he will be back in half an hour but he was in this taxi since twenty minutes and he had not reached to Emma. He was afraid that someone would notice that he is not in the meeting. Because of his face. his face was the reason for all the mess in his life.

One of the employees noticed that drake was missing.

“Sir, that pretty boy is missing,” he said to the manager and he looked carefully and remembered. Drake was not in the meeting. But as Edward heard the word, pretty boy. He looked at that man in too much anger like he did something big and got up from his seat and went to him.

Everyone moved away from the way and not looking at him. Edward stood in front of that man who called Drake pretty boy. he suddenly punched him in his face and he fell on the ground. Girls shouted in fear and boys were looking at him with scared eyes.he was groaning in pain. he nose and mouth was bleeding. 

“Sam!!” Edward shouted Sam name and he came near to him.

“Kick this bastred out of my company,” Edward said and sam nodded his head and his bodyguards drag him out of the room. everyone got scared. They had tightly shut their eyes.
