Kalista exits the elevator while walking slow and complacent, she has always been the early bird type of employee and has been consistent ever since her first day in the company. She's usually 30 minutes early but this time around it's an hour. She could not wait to step in the office because this is the most special day in her career. The release of her fourth month performance review is one of the key requirements to get that manager's position that she's been so thirsty about."Good morning," she greeted the guard who's standing at his post in front of the door badge. “Kalista did super great in helping me today. Imagine it took me seven calls to have this issue resolve and only Kalista was the only person to do something. She did what other agents couldn't. This girl is an asset to your company and she deserves a promotion,” Nina, Kali's supervisor announced using a megaphone as it's a culture in their office to announce and celebrate every 5-star customer service satisfaction survey and feedback they get. At room 2.0, people are busy texting and calling their loved one's using their mobile phones while waiting for the Security Briefing to start. The category 4 typhoon has never been so alarming and for the first time in the city's history, tons of electric poste are being taken down by either the flood or being struck by lightning. The only thing that's keeping their lights on inside that building is the emergency generation that the company has as part of the security systems.
