Chapter: I’m so sorry for this
I was in my first year of high school and I was a loner. I had started to notice that girls didn't do anything for me, so I was avoiding people in fear of someone finding out and bullying me. I didn't think that I was gay. I just didn't like girls and I had never felt any attraction to a boy. I decided to go to weight-room one day. I'm not overly sporty or anything but I had extra energy so I went. As I was dressing i caught myself in the one full length mirror. I'm average I guess, five foot six, safire blue eyes, raven black hair that shines blue- black in the right light, and not to thin at 154 pounds. No abs but I don't have flab either. I sigh and turn away wishing I could be better looking and date someone. Then I wonder who I would date since I didn't like girls. I was troubling myself and I wanted to get out my energy before they closed up. I pull my shirt over my head and lace up my shoes, and walking out the door, and into the workout area. With a start I realize I'm

Chapter: Permanence
You wanted to permanently carve your existence into meI’ll tell you now your permanence is temporaryYou’ll stay with me through January maybe FebruarySeasons change so do time and placeAnd it seems I’ve forgotten your faceYou thought I’d hold you high in a glass caseBut from the very beginningYour existence for me held no meaningAnd me? I’m still teamingWith the independence to rule a nationAnd you’re just a figment of my imaginationNot any kind of limitationBecause I’m a person of my own creationI am permanently meAnd in my life you are temporaryAs such you can’t scare meI’m my own guardian fairyAnd you’re forever temporary &n

Chapter: Inherited Identity
(Inherited Identity)What It’s Like to Be an involuntary mother(for those of you that aren’t)She was a sister second-A mother and protector firstShe didn't do it by choice-Though some would say she did.For her there wasn't a choice-Her sister needed someoneShe just stepped up to the task.Feeding her, changing diapers. She did all the things a mother would. She didn't hate it even if it wasn't a choice-She felt the love a mother would. She did all the things a mother could-Giving her sister motherly love like she knew she should Raising a child from anothers womb.Only four years older-She didn't try to be bolderThan she already had been.Combing hair, getting dressed-She did these things for herself less and less. She wasn't the first one on her mind-She didn't let herself be one of a kind. She bec

Chapter: Friends
NadyaThe light of the stars shines in her eyes Certain we can't count the nights she's cried Still every morning she gets up and smilesIf freckles be the kiss of angelsThen she carries more love than fairAround her a rosey smell floats on the airShe runs her fingers through her dark brown hair Eyes like the drops of dew seen on a petal of a blue poppyA mind stronger than the trials she undergoes A voice that beautifly ebbs and flowsA kindness in her heart like no one knowsMorganneAn energy like no otherBubbly beyond compareShe brings you up with just a smile I swearHer hair waves to the rhythmShe must be feeling as she laughs Even still she may have a heart of glass Eyes like emeralds covered in gold Hiding secrets to be left untoldLike a rose grown unbiddenShe's someone I’d never wish to be rid of

Chapter: Landscape
These cliffsCut deep into the earth Like the wrinkles Carved upon my face And as the sun rises I’m remindedof opening my eyesThe grass grows Like prisms of green Covering the ground And the sky Refracts around me Like a million mirrors Filled with sapphiresA breeze blows Moving the clouds And the tree’s leaves Dance in the wind Billowing to the rhythm I feel deep withinThe waves crashed Against the shore As thoughThey had no other way To release their pent up EnergyThe spray Sparkling like diamonds As it hit the airindeed

Chapter: Unfinished
Chapter 2 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------She woke up alone in a bed that held only her heat. Knowing he had left in the night- quiet so as not to wake her- made her almost sad. She looked out the window seeing that she had woken early she took a leisurely shower. Soon it was time for her to head to the mess hall. She carefully placed the bracelet he had given her around her wrist and left her room happily. As she stood in line to get breakfast she decided that shewanted a big bowl of Lucky Charms and a banana. After she paid for her food she sat at her table across from Snow. Storm wasn't there so she searched the room for him, but didn't see him at all. When she made eye contact with Snow a grin was all she got in response to her questioning look as to of where he might be. She shrugged and began to eat her cereal."Ooh! what's this?" Snow asked tugging on her bracelet. Sha

Chapter: Dark secrets
She was walking the long trek back to her bunk, after training, as Storm flew up behind her. he swung himself to land facing her, she giggled."Hello Storm." She breathed. He pinched a stray strand of her navel length black hair, and twirled it around his finger."Hello my precious shadow." He leaned in."I've told you I am not your's. W-We wouldn't work- I'm only a foot soldier. You would get dishonorably discharged." His answering grin was feral."Don't tell me you can't feel that we're mates?" Her face fell."I'm truly sorry Storm but I can't. I must be on my way so that I can have time to change before lunch and my next training session. Goodbye." She stated, walking around him and continuing on to her bunk. He used his inhuman speed to cut her off."You're lying so I won't get D-Ded." He growled almost like he was trying to convince himself as much as her. She shook her head mournfully."No Storm, I'm not lying. I see you a
