LOGINChapter 2 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
She woke up alone in a bed that held only her heat. Knowing he had left in the night- quiet so as not to wake her- made her almost sad. She looked out the window seeing that she had woken early she took a leisurely shower. Soon it was time for her to head to the mess hall. She carefully placed the bracelet he had given her around her wrist and left her room happily. As she stood in line to get breakfast she decided that she
wanted a big bowl of Lucky Charms and a banana. After she paid for her food she sat at her table across from Snow. Storm wasn't there so she searched the room for him, but didn't see him at all. When she made eye contact with Snow a grin was all she got in response to her questioning look as to of where he might be. She shrugged and began to eat her cereal.
"Ooh! what's this?" Snow asked tugging on her bracelet. Shadow lifted her hand so they both could see better.
"Oh nothing. Just a shadow bracelet." She said slyly. Snows eyes bulged.
"He got you a freaking shadow bracelet?! How in all hell did he afford this thing?" Shadow shrugged.
"I really don't know but he's had it for years now... I guess he really does love me." She blushed. "How do you show someone you love them too?" Snow grinned.
"Well... You put on your best underwear. Then you use what the great lord gave you to please him." Shadows face went crimson.
"I don't know how to do that and besides isn't kissing more than enough for that-"
"Yes indeed it is." Storm said behind her. She tilted her head back smiling ear to ear.
"Oh thank goodness I have no idea how to do any of that other stuff she was saying." He kissed her.
"You could always do what you did yesterday in my bunk to get changed." He smirked. "That was great." Snows jaw dropped.
"Wait... What did I miss out on?" She asked incredulously. Shadows face burned as she thought back to what she had done without even thinking about it because of her nights of shared interests.
"I- Uh... I changed into his boxers right in front of him-" She choked on a mouth full of water. "Oh-" She coughed. "Oh holy shit fuck. Why didn't anyone give me a crash course in How to act when alone with boys?!" She began to pretend to nervously stuff the banana into her mouth. Storm gagged on a sip of coffee.
"That works to." He teased. Her ears started to burn. She grabbed a napkin and spit it out choosing instead to place her hands in her lap and sit quietly. She looked up at him through her lashes- having known all along how to properly behave around boys, males, men, you get the idea. Clearing her throat to get his attention she let her eyes smolder just a smidgen. She bit her lip in careful concentration having had many to practice on and began a day filled with torturer for him. He gasped at her falling short of any innuendos at the sight of her silent and urging fire. She had long since played at being the innocent of their group keeping all of her late night happenings to herself and those wonderful participants. Even now she kept a tight leash on her abilities to seduce a man into doing as she wished. She lifted herself carefully off of the bench of the table and walked around to him. She made sure only he saw the flame bright in her eyes. Once she was right in front of him she looked at the ground to make him think it might have all just been a dream.
"Storm?.." She whispered quietly in the voice of one afraid of more judgement for her ignorance. It took him a moment to shift his attention away from his thoughts of her heat
he was so sure he had seen. She smirked softly at the ground before looking up with hesitant doe eyes nothing of her previous fire in them. He swallowed taking a second to regain his composure and smirk playfully at her.
"Yes sweet, sweet, unknowing Shadow of mine?" He asked and she prodded herself to make her cheeks redden severely. Then she looked at the ground in feigned embarrassment Shuffling a toe in the soft dirt there.
"I was hoping you might." She nearly gagged at what she was about to say. "Honor me and attend my classes with me today?" She may have had fun dancing with him under the water but none of them knew about the fact that SHE had a phobia- something angels were supposed to be immune to but she wasn't. That that was why she had so much practice in the art of seducing men. that she nearly never spent a night alone. That she had auto-phobia a fear of being alone. So much so that they had to ban her old best friend from sharing a bunk with her sending him to a whole other part of the training camp. To take him out of her classes, to make him a commanding officer long before his title was due. All to draw them apart so they could tell her and she could take the news and use it to become stronger, better, smarter, not rely on others and make the fear disappear. Their tactic was wrong it only made her fear increase until the day that she figured out a way around what they had said seeming to all of the higher officials who would actually pay attention that she was a whore but she was best at hiding her night time revelry from all prying eyes long before anyone had even noticed that she had come just a little farther out of her shell. He smiled at her happy to have been invited and probably planning to go anyway.
"Sure I would love to come to your classes with you." She smiled in return.
"Oh thank you so much I have so missed your company these last few days." She had indeed mourned what he had done to their friendship but decided that all things must end at some point and with all ends come a new beginning. She would love him and hope that he really loved her in return but teasing him for a bit seemed like a good place to start. She quickly stood and sat in his lap, turning towards him. His eyes went wide. She stared at him while twirling her hair around one finger then lunged to peck him on the cheek before leaping away. She heard Snow gasp and laugh in her bubbly outrageous way. She giggled and pranced to her first class listening for him and noticing the second he was right on her tail, so she willed a tail of smoke into the air to brush the side of his face and sped up. Getting to her class first she quickly told her stepmother- one half of the days teaching duo that he was to be apart of the class so that her mother could summon his Moose. By the time that he got there his Moose was waiting and he looked mildly shocked. She was already waiting perched atop her black Ghost Horse. The other half of the duo was waiting impatiently, staring at his hand watch and tapping his foot. He sighed in anger as storm finally walked up. He was usually a great guy but sometimes he could be pushed- but not in sex she thought smirking at an old memory of the night he kept her company. Storm's face went red at the class's undivided attention. He quickly mounted his horse and nudged it up to her.

She was walking the long trek back to her bunk, after training, as Storm flew up behind her. he swung himself to land facing her, she giggled."Hello Storm." She breathed. He pinched a stray strand of her navel length black hair, and twirled it around his finger."Hello my precious shadow." He leaned in."I've told you I am not your's. W-We wouldn't work- I'm only a foot soldier. You would get dishonorably discharged." His answering grin was feral."Don't tell me you can't feel that we're mates?" Her face fell."I'm truly sorry Storm but I can't. I must be on my way so that I can have time to change before lunch and my next training session. Goodbye." She stated, walking around him and continuing on to her bunk. He used his inhuman speed to cut her off."You're lying so I won't get D-Ded." He growled almost like he was trying to convince himself as much as her. She shook her head mournfully."No Storm, I'm not lying. I see you a
