2020-10-06 06:45:51We finished lunch and headed out on the road im not gonna lie it feels good to hang out with everyone for once im usually always working and sometimes i even work on the weekends to meet a untimely deadline but i dont have any contracts to cover so i can relax, Flint mentioned that theres gonna be another group of people joining us on his trip so i guess things will be a bit interesting, i chose to drive in my own vehicle so i could have some time alone while everyone else is riding in Jace's RV i even made a resevation for a small cosy cabin so i can lounge around tomorrow without those knuckle heads

Once i racked up on food and snacks i made my way to the booze i dont drink beer so i past all of that and found the good stuff i grabbed a large bottle of Clear Cognac, since they dont have JW i grabbed Vanalla Brandy E&J its not my usual ideal drink but it'll have to do "hey dude we're just trying to help out thats all so dont that it to personal" "whatever man im just looking forward to a decent time" i paid for my things and went back to my car i got gas and waited for everyone else, once we got back on the road the drive didnt seem to long after, i pulled in the parking space beside Jace's RV i sent a quick text to my mother assuring her that the trip was safe and that i will see them afterwards.
I set in my car for a few minutes before stepping out into the winter breeze i left my jacket off since i had a hoodie on and a pair of Champion Sweatpants with Lugz winter boots i was told to dress warm but i overheat super fast so i didnt put on so many layers, i grabbed my bag and caught up with everyone else as they entered the Heartland Lounge & Resort i was so absorbed in my phone that i didnt notice Flint was talking to me as we approached the front desk i gave the clerk my ID and Reservation Number before heading back out the door i rented a cabin but i unfortunately i have to drive up a path to get to it. As soon as i unlocked the door the heavenly scent of Rosemary filled my nose i stepped in and put my things down on the loveseat( i could get used to a space like this).

Lastnight was a bit disturbing I know it confused Peter more then it did me and that's what's bothering me because I want nothing to trouble him at all I try to make everything better and less stressful for his sake I know that meeting up with a stranger was his idea because they're both writers and Pete thought that everything would go smoothly and civil but the tension was so damn thick it could be sliced with a knife with ease.
