I was sitting by the pool, soaking wet, when Elliot put the towel over me and I didn’t know what to do as everyone believed that I was drowning. I only remember jumping in the pool and I felt like I was floating in when suddenly Elliot pulled me out of the water. I suddenly felt a little embarrassed for causing a scare and I wasn’t too sure what to say or do as I wiped my face dry. I glanced over at everyone who returned to the table then moved to be near Elliot as I found the words to say.“Elliot…” I whispered.
We left the waterfall around five in the evening, only because it will be hard to walk down with the sun setting, Elliot said he knows his way even if we can't see with the sun gone, but I still worry about us getting lost or getting injured. We were trying to debate on what to do next as we were reaching the car and I paused for a second to catch my breath. Maybe because I’m getting over my cold or maybe I really should exercise, but I’m more tired from hiking compared to the first time.“Elliot, can we just buy something and go home?” I asked him.
