15. Spice Up My Mood

"So sorry L, but last week was traumatizing for me! I didn't even recognize you! Come give me a hug. I still need to feel you back in my arms." Anthony was smiling at us shaking his head, and walking towards us looking handsome in his business attire.
"Diane, thank you again for staying and have your dinner here. I already told Martha to cook something for you girls, but feel free if you want to order in. I just don't want to leave Lilian alone. I will be at the office this whole afternoon then go for a quick dinner meeting and be right back. Here's my card, my mobile is there. Just call me if there's any emergency." He gave her the card and put his hand on her shoulder, and thanked her for being here for me.
"Come here Lilian." He ordered me to come to his arms, as he embraced me and kissed my temple. "Please have a good time with Diane, you need this. Hang by the pool, watch a movie, just make sure you have fun. But take Bert if you're bored and want to go out just text me where you will be going okay? I need to know that you will be safe." He hugged me and kissed me deeply and whisper "I love you Lilian, always."
We waited until his car leaves the drive way.
Diane was the first to shout. "It's girls time bitches! What to do...what to do..." I was laughing with her doing our crazy dance. We decided to lounge by the pool, and stuffed our faces with some cheese cake goodness and couple bottles of beers. Then I told her what went down last week. What happened after I left her apartment.
"I'm so sorry I had you worry D, I guess it had been building up since Janet and David's passing, and next Anthony happened. I was just feeling insecure with myself. But now I'm good. I got people who loves me including you D." We raised our bottles, and cheers to that.
"You know what we could do? Let's go to a spa and get a full body wax! Brad is picking me up tonight, and staying at my place. He's been wanting me to be bare down there. My phone beeped with his text immediately.

I skipped my steps feeling light, a huge grin plastered on my face.

We laughed our ass off, and walked out the door to Bert who has been waiting in the driveway with the car.
The spa was nice, the full body wax was surprisingly not bad at all. They were really good at it. We also had our nails done.
We continued our day looking at lingeries. We couldn't stop laughing picking out the most slutty ones available, and I got one revealing bandage tankkini with a very high waist in the nude colour to parade in front of him by the pool.

Dinner was great. We talked and we laughed. I've missed Diane, she really picked up my mood since last week. I was really glad I have her as a best friend. Brad picked her up, and we said our goodbyes.
Anthony called and said that he was already on his way home. So I quickly changed into the new lingerie set, with its silk robe and sit on the couch. I was having some of Diane's margarita mix, I've been gulping it down like goldfish, and now I'm channel cruising waiting for Anthony.
