Chapter 4: Accident

Seiya’s POV

“Seiya? Can you give this to Sakura?”

“Ok”

I went to Sakura’s room. I knocked and opened the door.

“Sakura?”

I saw her sleeping at her study table. I observed her face, and I smiled watching her sleeping peacefully. Why am I even smiling?

After that, I left her room.

Sakura’s POV

It's been a month, and today is the foundation day of the university. If you are going to ask me about Seiya and me? He is still rude and arrogant towards me, but I think we are good.

I am having breakfast with the Chiba’s.

"I heard that you would be having a foundation day today?" Seiya’s mom said.

“Yup”

“What are your roles at the foundation day?”

"I will be in charge of our booth,"

"What about you, Seiya?”

"I will participate in a relay,"

"That's great," Seiya’s dad said.

“Can I come?”

"No, you can't, Mina. You have school,"

“Ok”

“But I will give you something when I get back home. How is that?”

“Yehey. Thank you, big sister,"

"We are going now,"

"Bye. Take care and good luck,"

When we arrive at the university, the opening ceremony started. After watching the opening ceremony, Seiya and I went to our designated classrooms. When I arrive, they are already decorating our booth. I helped them. Our booth is a maid café, and I'm in charge of greeting the customers.

I am going to watch Seiya later. I heard that it would start at 3 pm.

“Hi Sakura”

“Hi Rose”

"Let's do our best,"

“Uhum”

We gained lots of profits because lots of customers loved our menus.

It’s almost 3 pm. I need to go to the field now.

"Ah, Rose, can you cover for me?"

“Sure”

"Thank you,"

I hurriedly went to the field, and I am now watching near the finish line.

“You can do it Seiya,"

“Ready. Set. Go”

The race starts. After some minutes, it's already the last lap, and Seiya is in the lead. Suddenly, a guy pushed him.

"Watch out, Seiya” I shouted.

It’s too late because Seiya stumbled, and he got wounds in his leg and elbow. I hurriedly went to him.

“Let’s go to the infirmary Seiya. Grab my shoulder for support,"

Seiya grabbed my shoulder, and we went to the infirmary.

Seiya’s POV

I was in the lead when I guy pushed me. I heard Sakura's voice, but it's too late because I stumbled. My leg hurts, and it's bleeding. I saw Sakura running to me and grab my hand. We went to the infirmary.

When we got there, the nurse is not around.

"I will find the first-aid kit,"

After a minute, she came back with the first-aid kit.

"I can do that by myself,"

"Nope. Don't be stubborn and rude. You are injured. Let me do this,"

"Ah, it stings,"

"Bear with it,"

I watched Sakura treating my wounds. Suddenly I felt my heartbeat beats faster. What is this feeling? Nope, it can't be.

"What is it, Seiya?”

“Nothing”

"I thought you are staring at me,"

“Why would I?” Seiya stared at the window.

“Am I beautiful?”

“Says who?”

“Nevermind. By the way, do you like my maid outfit? Our booth is a maid café,"

"It doesn't suit you,"

"Ok, you are so rude,"

She is beautiful though and has a beautiful smile. The maid outfit suits her, but I did not tell. I can't say it directly to Sakura because her head will get bigger.

It's not that I hate her. I just don't like her. I got annoyed when she is around, and I love teasing her.

“Seiya, here. It's one of our best-sellers,"

"Ok," I tasted it, and it tastes good.

“Do you like it?”

"It's delicious,"

“Uhum. I thought that you would not accept it, just like when I gave you chocolate 3 years ago. I'm not confessing to you, ok?"

Come to think of it, it's been three years when she gave me chocolate on Valentine's Day. I remember rejecting her confession. Every girl that confessed to me and gave me something, I will not accept it because they will just give me something the next day. It's annoying.

When Sakura and I went home, mom is worried about my wounds. Sakura gave Mina something, and Mina is happy. Mina likes Sakura so much.
