  I woke up around 7:30 and I got up and went to the kitchen. I'm sure you're wondering where Maya's parents are; they're away on a business trip but they know me so...I started making pancakes from scratch. I've been here enough times to know where everything is kept. I made mango juice as well. What can I say; there's a juicer and I'm bored.   Friday couldn't have come sooner. I just got home from school and I'm raiding my closet for an outfit.   "It's time for dinner" my older sister Dora yelled from outside my door and I sighed then closed my novel and left the room.Dora is 19; two years older than me, but she acts like she's my mum sometimes. She has (like all my siblings) my mum's taffy colored hair and hazel eyes and perfect bronze skin which I thankfully got too. She's approximately 5'4 making her about 4 inches shorter than me.I sat at my usual spot at the table, to the left of Dora.
