Sheila's POV:

I groaned in frustration when I felt the heavy pounding in my head. "Oh, God!! It's so hurting!!!" Rubbing my head I slowly opened my eyes but shut it tightly when I felt the light rays falling straight down my face through the window.

I adjusted my stances and opened my eyes once again. At first, everything was a blur but in a slight second my vision became clear as I looked around the surroundings and narrowed my eyes as confusion overwhelmed me.

It is not a familiar place.

And?!

It is not my room!!

Oh My God!!! Where I am?

I can hear the pounding sound of my heartbeat which is increasing rapidly against my rib cage.

Did anyone kidnap me?

I became to panic as different kinds of ugly scenarios colonized my brain. As to prove my panicking state, a bead of sweat already formed on my forehead. I tried to recall whatever happened yesterday then---

I remembered everything.

My blood boiled in anger. He, that nincompoop, stupid, clumsy, devil boy forced me to drink the whole bottle of alcohol. After that, I don't remember anything.

Seem I would have passed out.

As I said earlier I'm not fond of alcohol but again that idiot dragged me to the club and pushed me to drink the whisky.

What would have happened to me when I was not in my consciousness?

Did he take any advantages using my state?

Exactly, what did he do to me?

Why I'm here?

Whose place is this?

Lots of questions popped into my mind just to boost the pounding headache to worst.

I looked around the surrounding clearly. I have my dress still on that made me let out a sigh of breath. I stretched my arms and legs but thankfully felt no pain.

No pain means nothing happened.

Thank God!

The place looked like someone's room and it looks--- beautiful! The wall was painted in Ash and Meron combination while the ceiling was coated with pure white.

A 64' giant TV was attached to the wall and from my left side, I could see the door which I assumed was an attached bathroom.

While I was checking the room, the front door of the room opened widely revealing a middle-aged woman who was walking into the room wearing a polite smile on her face.

She handed me a glass of water along with the pill. "Take that pill you must feel good." With that, she walked away not giving me any room to ask her name.

I wonder what is going on here. I don't know her but seems she know me very well. I simply stared at the water and the pill thinking should I take it or not.

"You can take this. It's not a poison." The glass slipped out of my hand when I heard his voice. I looked straight into his eyes and his was staring directly into mine. It looks like he was reading my mind. Finally, I shifted my glance from him and looked somewhere else just to calm my throbbing sense.

"What did you do to me?" I found some courage to ask but It came more like a whisper. Instead of answering my question, he took a step towards me while I took one step backward.

"You don't remember anything, do you?" He asked shoving his hands into his pant pocket.

I shook my head. If I had remembered a bit of a scene then I wouldn't have asked you!

"You were very nice to me yesterday." He whispered huskily, his mini breath brushed my ear. What?! What?! What?! Fear overwhelmed my whole body and my eyes pricked with tears.

He noticed my tears and snorted. "Don't worry I won't tell anyone." He bit the corner of his lips but why?

I took one step forward and grabbed his arm. "What you did to me?! I swear to GOD if you did anything nonsense I will kill you," I screamed meanwhile tears are pooling down through my cheeks.

He covered my mouth with his hand and hushed motioning me to stay quiet. Couldn't able to control my emotions, I let out a whimper.

He removed his hand from my mouth and raked his finger through his hair. "Okay fine..." He stopped then looked at my face. "I didn't do anything to you." I felt all my dead cells are regaining some strength.

"After drinking the whole whisky, you passed out in the club. I don't know where you are living so I brought you here---" Liar!! He knows where I'm living.

"And one more thing I don't have any interest especially a girl like you." He took a step back then eyed me up and down like I was some kind of insect.

"Look at yourself. You are not even my type. So stop overthinking and get out of my house." He snarled.

I know I am not his type but can I trust him? Once again I took a good look at myself and noticed I am wearing the same dress that I had worn yesterday and it confirmed that he didn't do anything to me.

"Are you going to leave or not?" He snarled.

Gulping down, I turned my heels ready to leave the room but I let out a yelp when I felt a piercing pain growing through my body.

I accidentally stepped on the scattered pieces of glass which I dropped before. Blood is oozing through my feet. He rushed towards me but I stopped him by raising my hand which ensued him halt in his midst. I removed the glass from my feet and in no second bucket of blood flowed down but I just walked towards the door not caring the agony a bit.

My main concern is to leave the place as soon as possible. What if he changes his mind and forced me to stay here? No, I can't take the risk. He is bipolar.

Truthfully It's hurting a lot whenever I take a step for that I couldn't walk properly. Somehow, I reached the road and waited to cross the other side. When the signal turned red, I started to walk across the road but my visions started to blur and faint black dots appeared above my head.

I feel dizzy; My head started to spin around. The signal light shifted into green and here I am standing in the middle of the road. That's it. I'm going to die.

I prepared myself for the blow when I spotted the car and as I expected a blow hit my back pushing me backward. I fell down with my butt off and saw someone was kneeling beside me through my blurred vision.

I couldn't feel any pain. It feels like I'm floating in the air.

He/ She gently stroked my body but I couldn't feel anything. I closed my eyes and welcomed the darkness with my open hands.

Unknown POV:

I wonder what she was doing there. It looks like she is going to faint anytime soon and I was right when I saw her falling back. Without hesitating, I ran towards her but it's too late. I saw a car is coming towards the direction of where she was standing when the signal turned green.

Before it could collide with her body, I pushed her away. With a loud thud, she fell down on the road. Her body went numb. She didn't move and then her eyes started to close slowly.

I gently stroked her body but no vain. I looked for help but everyone minded their own business. Not wanting to waste another second, I carried her to my car and drove to the nearby hospital.

They asked me who I am and how I was related to the patient and even asked me to fill the form but I didn't answer them. Instead, I threw plenty of amounts to shut their mouth that is far enough for her treatment.

"I don't know her. I just saw her on the road, unconscious. So I admitted her." I replied and left the hospital.

If I had helped her yesterday, she wouldn't have been in this position. I feel guilty but it's none of my business to poke my head.
