4. Utsav's Past part 3

Sameer was watching TV whereas Devsikha was cutting vegetables... Suddenly she felt pain in her womb...

Devsikha- Aahh ,... My womb... It's paining a lot... Sameer please help me...

Sameer- why will I help you? that's your womb so your problem... let me watch the news... Don't disturb.

Devsikha somehow stand up and dialed the number of ambulance and then water started releasing from inwards..she went to the door holding her womb and the wall... 

The neighbors saw her and came running towards her to help her...

Neighbor 1- oh my god, devu... You are in your labour pain... You have to go to the hospital as soon as possible... 

Neighbor 2- where is Sameer ? Can't he help you ? What type of husband is he? Shameless person.. 

The ambulance arrived in the meantime... Sameer came out and see all this and tried to act like he had known nothing....

Sameer- Devu, Devu... What happened? Why don't you tell me? What if something will happen to both  of you? He smirked..

He went with the ambulance to the hospital..

Inside the ambulance Devu was crying like hell as she was in her labour pain.. 

Sameer- don't cry like this, my ears will ache otherwise.. 

And and and .... I have thought of a way to get rid of both of you .. do you wanna hear? He said pressing her womb...

Devu hissed in immense pain and she was quite afraid to hear that from Sameer....

Devsikha- what will he do with my baby? What is he planning in his evil mind? I'll protect my baby till my last breath... I won't let anything happen to my baby... 

Sameer- why should I create suspense and wait for you approval to disclose my idea? So let me tell you, after birth I'll take this baby throw in a garbage bin and then without your child you'll be mad... So I'll tell the world that you have become mad to know about your baby's death during giving birth...

I'll then marry someone beautiful girl with whom I can live peacefully.... He evil ly laughed....

Devsikha- I won't let you do this Sameer.. everything has limits and my limit is over... I will not let my child bear this consequence ... She thought..

They arrived in the hospital and Devsikha was carried to the OT as the doctor said they were late so ,she had to go through operation.

Sameer was in the cafeteria , eating snacks... There in the OT doctors told Devsikha that she had the last stage cancer and after the birth , they didn't know how many days or hours she would be alive...

Devsikha got tensed hearing this as she knew Sameer would definitely kill her baby... She somehow let herself calm and said nothing...

After some minutes she heard a crying sound of baby... It was a baby girl looking like a princess who came from heaven ... The doctors let her had a glance of the baby and took the baby for cleaning..

After cleaning they brought back the baby to her and told her to breastfeed baby...

The baby girl was looking at the new world and her hands were touching Devsikha's fingers as she was playing with her...

Devsikha- you look so so beautiful princess... I'm you mommy... From now on you are my only family...

Don't know how much time I have. But I'll make sure that you'll not go to that bastard. I'll protect you lil princess... Tears rolled down her cheeks as said this...

But before my death I have to hand over you to someone who'll take care of you... I have to tell him about you and give you to him ..I have to lie to him about you and may be this'll ruin his family but trust me I won't do that if I live..

I only have some time and to make sure you are fine I have to do this... Please don't hate me when you'll grow up ... Or it'll be good if don't get to know about you real mommy as I'm getting the fruits of my own seed...

She broke down... 

Nurse- why are you crying?  What happened? 

Devsikha- no, nothing...

Nurse - you can tell me... It's because of you husband right? Don't be confused, we are searching your husband to tell about her daughter but he was enjoying the snacks . What a dumb person he is!

Devsikha- if you tell him about baby?

Nurse- not yet..

Devsikha- then please don't tell him.. otherwise he'll kill my child.... I beg you..

Nurse- but ,buy why?? 

Devsikha- please sister , help me, help me get out of the hospital without his knowledge.. or the two of us will be killed...

Nurse looked at her pitifully and said ok , I'll help you ..

Now listen in the night you'll go from here ... But for now we have to hide your baby as your husband shouldn't know about her.. we'll tell him that you have given birth to a dead child .. so when he will come to meet you just pretend like that...got it...

Devsikha nodded in yes and looked at her angel lovingly...

There the nurse told Sameer that Devsikha had given birth to a dead child.... Sameer was so happy to know that his enemy's child was dead... He didn't have to kill that child... 

Sameer- can I meet my wife? She must be in pain...

Nurse- yes of course, but First you have to pay the bills..

Sameer- even if the child is dead ,it cost me a lot... He murmured...

In the mean time the nurse went to the room and want away with the baby assuring Devsikha ..

Nurse- I'm taking your baby with me.. your husband might be coming in any time.... So act properly.... When he'll leave for home , then I'll come to you and help you two go out of here... Good luck..

Devsikha- ok and thank you for this..

As per the plan, when Sameer entered , Devsikha started her acting...

Devsikha was crying..

Sameer- see ,god also wanted this to happen... I'm the most happiest person now... Now I'll tell the world that my child is dead and my wife got mad.. so I have to leave her... Then my life will be much easier form now.. 

Devsikha didn't say anything , she was only sitting putting her head down on the pillow crying...

Sameer- I'm leaving, don't do anything wrong... I'll come tomorrow and we'll leave for home and Infront of the society you have to act mad... Just get it in your mind properly...

Sameer left... 

After his leaving, the nurse came and told Devsikha to follow her. ....

Nurse- come with me...

Devsikha- yes yes...

Someone opened the door and clapped from behind...
