Chapter 11

Dong ju is a doctor who works in the hospital which in-su was born as she walked to her drawer looking at all the rings which bong-ju has given her the total of 5 rings for different proposals picking the most simple ring and putting it on looking at it on her finger,she felt no excitement, does she loves bong-ju, yes she does,but not in a lover way but in a friend kind of way,how she wished she was in love with the man outside who's voice is heard downstairs amidst her family,and she can't take advantage of his goodness just because she wants to win over her child's custody.

"come out na-ra the food is getting cold" 

her brother calls out.

"okay,will be there in a minute",

Kim na-ra calls back out

getting outside dong-ju as always welcomed her with a smiling face come sit down,

"see what I got you",dong ju says as he gave her a box which she opens and sees a beautiful necklace

"oh it's so beautiful",

Mrs Kim says

" why don't you put it on her"

 she urges dong-ju to put the necklace around her daughter na-ra which Kim na-ra accepted with an awkward smile, settling down to enjoy the meal.

"hyun-a why did you call me in such a haste"

 Kim na-ra says as the put in the door code to open hyun-a door as she continues speaking

 "and the fact that I had no one to give in-su to but to come with him,I just hope it's not about dresses again or else I will------------",at that moment she see Justin and hyun a sitting on the sofa,

"what is she doing here is that the reason you called me here",

 even as Justin spoke he still didn't raised his voice,most times he makes it difficult for people to know what he is thinking

"Justin behave yourself a child is here",

hyun-a says going to meet Kim na-ra and took her to sit but Kim na-ra insisted on sitting opposite Justin,

"look hyun-a my son is here and I wouldn't want him to see me having an argument with anyone",

Kim na-ra says trying to see where her son as ran off to as they both looked towards Justin to see in-su beside him asking him 

"are you my mommy friend?"

with awkwardness Justin replied

"something like that"

"mommy says you are aunt brother"

"yes I am"

"that makes you my friend"

"yes it does "

Kim na-ra and hyun-a was speechless as they looked at father and son making awkward conversation

at that moment hyun-a assistant walks in and with hung-a order took in-su to the nearby playground.

"You know if there's nothing to talk about i think i will take my leave now"

  Justin says getting up from his seat, At this na-ra also got up from her seat in Defense

 "Both of you knock this rubbish out right now Sit down", 

she says pointing at her friend 

"and you too justin sit down, i didn't call both of you here To stare at each other i called both of you here so you guys can solve whatever is going on between you guys, whatever argument there is, and besides you already have a four-year-old son and you Want to take his mother to court justin for crying out loud You want your son to witness both his parents fighting in the courts for his custody ,you too na-ra It was wrong of you to hide the fact that in-su is Justin son and for that you are wrong though you are my friend i will tell you the truth and the fact,it's wrong of you ,you can't just decide for a person, Justin is his father and he also has a say in whatever goes on in his son's life",  

She says then turn to justin

"isn't she your noona, the noona Who stands by you "

She then turns to na-ra 

"isn't he Justin,the justin you always defended and protected, You were more of a sister to him than i was he looked at you as a sister than it looks at me,Let me be serious with you guys when i found out, i was so furious and confused at first that i wanted to fight with you guys but if i do who is going to settle this mess",At that she says

" i will leave you guys alone to discuss this out let me go and meet in in-su at the playground"

Kim na-ra and Justin stayed 3 minutes in awkward silence  

"well,well",

they both say in Union after which Justin finally spoke

 "go on first" 

Justin's say

" your sister is right we are both like a real brother and sister Justin, we can't say because of this misunderstanding we should ruin years of friendship ",

at this Justin says nothing but nods his head

with this na-ra continues

" why can't we just compromise ,look, I will bring in-su here once every week here for you to see him and for the time being"

"how sure am I that you will,let's put it into writing"

"but Justin you have my word"Kim na-ra says

"really and you expect me to believe the words of a liar"

"liar liar,lair I am sick of hearing those words, Justin let's move pass this"

"really ? my son will come over 3 days a week and that's final"

"But justin why are you like this?"

"this is not negotiable it's my son you're talking about here"

 "he is both our son" Kim na-ra says in frustration

" that's what I was trying to tell you all along , also take this and sign on it"

 Justin says as he passes the blank paper to na-ra as they both put their signatures on it giving her one blank paper

" you can take it home to write all your conditions and i want to take mine to write all my conditions ,you can come over to my sisters place tomorrow so that we Can go through them you are also free to bring your lawyer if you wish, at this he walks away leaving na-ra with her mouth wide open .
