Morna gave a cold smirk and asked"And what was the public reaction" Lily came forward and replied " My lady no one dared to say any negative speculation about you, even if someone said a word they were sent to two level below them by Overlord ".
As she finished her report Morna looked at Roma and asked her to comb her hair, which was interesting as her dress, hair and makeup was Rose and Lily's duty and Roma dealt with room cleanliness and wardrobe maintenance whereas Mary worked as guard of her chamber. So, this duty was like a promotion for her
Rose and Lily being working in underworld far longer than other two knew that what master decide they should never object as their worth can easily be seen by their loyalty whereas Roma was gloating inside as she combed Morna's hair when she noticed shining Amethyst on her neck which made her movement to jerk causing pain in Morna's scalp when she apologized Morna asked Rose to do the combing as her mission was complete and she could smell disloyalty even from her pores which made her disgusted.
Rose was calm as ever there was no happiness neither excitement was seen for regaining her job which pleased Morna as she liked her maid inclined to her needs, not their own self importance, after a while she let them go when she saw Mary place some incense in her room when she asked her about it she replied " this is provided from Overlord's palace and Roma gave me this to put it in your room, my Lady".
Morna smirked this was what she knew about will happen when she noticed Roma observing her amethyst while combing her hairs. A conversation flashed in her eyes when she came back from her test, doctors told Overlord " that nails on Lucas hands were tinged by deadly poison but her body did not give any reaction to that, which indicates her body continence was made to resist all form of poison whether ingested or through smell", So, she let Roma trap herself with her sticky fingers into the trap she crafted.
After one hour she heard disturbance outside her chamber where Roma asked Mary to let her sleep outside her chamber because she was not feeling sleepy, So she could guard her door properly which the latter accepted as Morna could only roll her eyes when she pretended to sleep.
After one hour a slight creek was heard when she entered her chamber walked to her bed Morna maintained her posture, when she worked as assassin under her Gramp's instructions first thing she learnt was stillness and immobility.
When she felt probing touch on her neck and amethyst was pulled out slowly, if it had been an original amethyst it would have been impossible to remove it from the chain but when stupidity comes awareness goes, so she let them follow her to the doom like a bagpiper.

All Myra heard was essence of Overlord she held the soul stone in her hand cradled it like a child and put it over her neck, while an evil smile flashed on her face, Now Morna let's see who will marry Overlord tomorrow finally it's time to take revenge, she glanced at the maid and smiled at her calmly " you have helped me today I will do as promised from now on you are my father's mistress and in one year you will be promoted to chief wife but tomorrow you need to be with Morna to keep an eye on her".
