University of Oxford, Inggris

          Cool morning air with a stretch of green trees lining the side of the road, making the English city look even more beautiful. As it is now Brave and Lynelle enjoying their trip to the Oxford campus where they both studied. Even though they were born to wealthy families, they were both accepted into the best universities in the world with the results of their own hard work. Brave and Lynelle must be willing to do a rigorous selection to enter the University. With the largest number of competitors from various countries. Because they were blessed with a thin brain, Brave and Lynelle were able to go through the selection process and were finally accepted at Oxford University with very satisfying results. Both families are very proud of the success of Brave and Lynelle. It has been 2 years since Brave and Lynelle studied in England. A highly admired student city in this part of the world.

          Oxford University is one of the most prestigious universities both in the UK and in the world. As one of the oldest universities, the University of Oxford has proven quality through a long history of education with many alumni who are renowned for their work in various fields. One of the University of Oxford graduates worldwide is physicist Stephen Hawking.

          The interesting thing about education at the University of Oxford is the existence of a degree program at the undergraduate level which is a combination of two fields such as Philosophy, Economics, and Politics. There are at least 100 libraries at the University of Oxford, some of which date back to the 17th century. Also, this university has many museums, one of which is the Museum of the History of Science where the blackboard that Albert Einstein used is located.

          "It doesn't feel like Lyn, we're about to graduate soon. You know, I took his lecture like any other kid. Not accelerating like now. " Said Brave smiling wryly. Lynelle hits Brave's arm.

          “What are you, we should be grateful that Brave can graduate quickly. We can work in our respective fields. You become a businessman, and I become a lawyer. Plus later you must be preoccupied with your job as a must-have lawyer to take care of your clients. " Said Brave with a harsh sigh. Just thinking about it made Brave's head giddy. Lynelle, who heard Brave's words, couldn't help but laugh. How could Brave have such thoughts?

          “Brave ... Brave ...like we live far away. We can still meet if you have some spare time in Brave. I also have free time to meet you. It's time we thought about our future Brave. Do you want us to be like this continuously? " Lynelle asked, staring at Brave's face who was focused on driving. Brave stared at Lynelle for a moment and refocused on the road.

It didn't feel like the car had entered the campus area and was packed beautifully. Brave turned off the engine and got out of the car without speaking.           "Brave do I have to explain how important you are to me." Lynelle thought. Lynelle continued on her way to her lecture hall. For a moment Lynelle wanted to forget about her little argument with Brave earlier.

          "Just came Lyn. Have you worked on Mr. Joseph's duties regarding international treaty law? " Patricia asked curiously. Because he knows that Lynelle is one of the best students the campus has.

          "Yes." Said Lynelle briefly still shows a smile on her beautiful face. Patricia stared in admiration at Lynelle. Despite being known for having a thin brain, Lynelle was never arrogant. He still showed everyone that he also needed to study again. After answering Patricia's question, Lynelle walked toward her lecture hall.

          For some reason, Lynelle thought of Brave. It was unusual for Brave to accompany Lynelle. Lynelle looks at her cell phone hoping Brave to send her a message. After seeing that there were no incoming messages from Brave, Lynelle sent a message to Brave.

Lynelle: "Brave ..."

Brave: "Hmmm ..."

Brave: "No"

Lynelle: "Liar"

          "Are you okay Lyn?" Asked Celomita, Lynelle's college friend whose seat was next to Lynelle. 

          "Just being annoyed, it." Said Lynelle briefly with an annoyed expression on her face. Celomita did not dare to ask again because she saw Lynelle's expression that looked angry.

          "Oh my God, there is an angry lioness," Celomita said to herself.

          Lynelle held her head which suddenly felt dizzy at the thought of Brave who was in a cranky fashion. Because for Lynelle, it's better to have a boyfriend than to ask for Brave. Suddenly footsteps were entering the lecture room. When all the students were silent without daring to make a sound. When I saw who was coming. Lynelle started to lift her head from the table and started attending Mr. Joseph, the killer lecturer, who is feared by all law students.

          "Lynelle ..." Call Mr. Joseph

          "Yes ... Sir" replied Lynelle as she got up from her seat.

          "Please explain about international law that you know. And explain in detail! " Mr. orders. Joseph on Lynelle. Lynelle nodded her head and walked towards the front.

          Lynelle began to explain about the international law material that she knew.

          "International law is the whole legal rules and principles that govern relationships or personalities. International law is the whole legal rules and principles governing relations or issues that cross national borders (international relations) that are not civil in nature. The similarity is that both of them regulate relations or issues that cross national borders (international). The difference is like the law or the issues it governs (the object).

          International law there are several forms of manifestation or development patterns that are specific to a particular part of the world (region):

1.        Regional International Law

International laws that apply limited to the applicable environmental areas, such as American / Latin American International Law, such as the concept of a continental shelf and the concept of protection of marine living resources (Conservation of the living resources of the sea) which originally grew in the Americas so that it becomes common international law.

2.                  Special International Law

International law in the form of special rules applies to certain countries such as the European Convention on Human Rights as a reflection of the different conditions, needs, stages of development, and levels of integrity of different sections of society. In contrast to regions that grow through customary legal processes.
