7. His Plans, HerWorries

Anudeep’s POV

My brain was not working, so I took half day leave and came home. Just one question rolled in my brain all the while.

‘How should I aka AnupWithSong can meet his Cute Melody?’

The whole afternoon, I thought and finally got an idea. I took my phone and tried to type but something stopped me.

Looking heavenwards, I closed my eyes. Maa, Nanna please help me; I smiled looking at the pictures in front of me. I was sitting in between Maa, Nanna and they’re kissing my cheeks which is in a diamond-shaped frame. Around that five circular framed pictures of my Angel, laughing, eating, reading, playing with kids, inhaling the fragrance of jasmine which I clicked them secretly.

I closed my eyes, took a deep breath, comfortably sat on the bed cross-legged keeping the pillow on my lap, I pinged her with fingers-crossed.

AnupWithSong: Hi Cutie :-h

I waited desperately tapping my left-hand fingers on my knee. I smiled looking at her immediate response.

CuteMelody: Hello Rockstar... Wassup... U preparing the song right...? /:)

I chuckled, this girl always thinks of my songs.

‘Wait... Anup, digest the fact, man. She was my Angel too.’

Digest... I groaned and heaved a disappointed sigh. Today, I skipped breakfast because of missing workout, ate only half lunch due to the excitement, and later I ate nothing due to anxiety.  I came back from my food paradise with the beep.

CuteMelody: Anup... U der... I-)

AnupWithSong: Umm.. Actually, I got some prblm. So thnkng abt dat :-L

She was typing, I hope she falls in my trap. Please, God, help me...

CuteMelody: Oh... Wht happened...? :-S

AnupWithSong: I want to do something but I want someone to help me but there's no one to help me... :((

‘Anup, you gone nuts! Can she understand your rubbish? You should have texted clearly, man.’

I waited for her reply, impatiently tapped my right knee.

CuteMelody: Y do u think that u don't have any1... I'm der right? Tell me I'll help u... ☺

Awe, my cute Teddy Bear was the sweetest. I love you, Angel. I blew a kiss to my phone and hoped it reaches her. I rolled my eyes for my stupidity.

AnupWithSong: Umm... For that K

CuteMelody: Tell me, Anup...

AnupWithSong: For that, we should meet Melody :-*

My heart was beating too fast along with my fingers on my knee. I gulped hard and sweat formed on my nape in mid-winter. There was no sign of her typing.

God, what should I do now?

Should I reply it was just a prank?

Thank God, finally, she was typing. I heaved a relieved sigh.

CuteMelody: 1st tell ur prblm Anup... So dat v can find a solution... J

AnupWithSong: It's not like that Melody. leave it, don't stress urself. I'll look after it L

Hope she falls for it. I can understand her dilemma but does she knew how desperate I am to meet her?

CuteMelody: No Anup... Plzz don't be mad xoxo I'm ur greatest fan right... I'm ready to do anything but :-/

AnupWithSong: But what Cutie? Tell me. what's bothering u? I’m not any freak to hurt my cute fan. Believe me, I'm a gentleman J

Well done Anup. I chuckled, patting my right shoulder with my right palm.

CuteMelody: No don’t say bad abt urself. I believe u..... but... U know... I don't look nice... I mean... Umm... Plz u understand :’(

God, my Angel believes me. I'm floating in the clouds.

‘Okay, right now come back to the earth to reply to her.’

AnupWithSong: Oh so u have high expectations on me, dear Melody... ;) let me clarify u a thng. Handsome or good looking or whatever u call, I’m pure opposite to those words.

Well, that's true. In this so-called handsome world I don’t feel myself. Anyways, I hope she feels light and gives it a chance.

CuteMelody: Oh plzz stop demeaning our Rockstar... I know he looks breathtaking handsome ;) ;)

My Angel has high expectations for me. Will I reach them?

AnupWithSong: Well I appreciate ur imaginary skills but I stated the fact already ;)

CuteMelody: Tqq but its a “declaration”, not any so-called “imaginary skills” :D

A constant smile lingered on my lips.

‘Let's come to the point, Anup.’

AnupWithSong: OK jokes apart. U know, I don’t have many friends and I need a trusted one for dis prob... Pls Cutie, help me, plsssss

I hope she overcomes her fear and gives me one chance to express my love. I impatiently waited for her reply, tapping under the phone.

CuteMelody: I love to help my favorite Rockstar but will u still b frnds wit me though u don't like me? Pretty plzz... (L)

My grin widened looking at her desperation. Not only friend, I’ll be your everything baby.

AnupWithSong: Tq soo much Cutie. Tmrw dinner at my place. Don’t be late. OK?

I shared my address and waited for her reply.

CuteMelody: So tmrw r v having dinner date...? ;)

I gasped. A silly smile played on my lips. Truly, it's our first date, my dear Teddy Bear.

AnupWithSong: If u say so :”>

She sent the blushing emoji. I'm getting hard just with the emoji. How it would be for real? I want to see her, grab her in my arms, and...

‘Stop, right there, you have many things to do rather than wet dreams.’

AnupWithSong: Meet u tmrw, my world's greatest fan CuteMelody (L) and don't think much with ur silly brain :P

Why she was not typing?

‘Have patience Anup.’

After seeing the typing icon, I left my breath which I’m holding till now.

CuteMelody: Ur soo sweet... Kk tmrw meet ur biggest fan in the world :P:P

I chuckled looking at the word BIGGEST. I love you my Teddy Bear. I kissed my phone screen.

AnupWithSong: :)) OK itz late. Gud n8 Cutie.

I saw the clock, it's just 8:10 P.M. I facepalmed and chuckled for my craziness.

CuteMelody: Gn Rockstar I-) ... Don't stress urself... V will solve d prblm J sdzz

Sorry for stressing you, Angel. I promise to love you till eternity, my cute Teddy Bear. A smile played on my lips.

I don't want to extend our conversation. So I went offline without waiting for her reply, as usual, she understands me and never pestered me. A constant smile lingered on my lips reading our conversation. I should plan a better surprise than I imagine every time.
