A WARM sunshine was brought to Lisa during that summer. She is currently standing at the pool side.

Her eyes fluttered in strange excitement. She could feel the warm glow of sunlight on her skin but her heart was wrapped in coldness.

Her classmates keep on teasing her. Of the billions of teenagers, Lisa is one of the victims of bullying by other youths who enjoy being exposed to damaging someone's morality.

Lisa felt her classmate pushed her. It was nice that she’s good to balance so that she haven’t fall off.

They want her to jump into the swimming pool, then walk around the campus while her uniform is all wet.

She wants to fight, but for what?

She was especially angry with them. She was even more heartbroken when she heard the same laughter from behind her.

She pity herself even more. She clenched her fists.

She thought about how long she would be like this.

How long does she need to squeeze herself into a world where she has no place?

At no moment does she wish that she could disappear someday. She wishes someone could take her away from the world she lives in. Where she can forget everything.

What Lisa didn't know . . . that day, what she has been asking for long will be fulfilled.

But in an unforeseen circumstance, that would eventually change her life.

A voice was heard by Lisa and her classmates coming from outside the wall. She saw a man from there who she thought was a student at the school.

She thinks he’s a transferee.

"What are you doing? Ahh! I know, that’s called bullying, right?" he asked Lisa in amazement.

Her companions begin to whisper to each other. Even her finds him weird.

"Whatever! Lisa wants to go to the swimming pool while wearing a uniform!" cried one of her classmates.

"Right, Lisa?"

She could do nothing but to repeat the words they said, even though she was against it.

Once again, the man grabbed everyone's attention.

"Is that so? While wearing a uniform? I like it too!"

At the same time, he quickly climbs the wall and runs to the roof to jump straight and down the swimming pool.

A powerful blow followed that caused her and her classmates to expel the water from there.

His classmates kept whispering and complaining behind her as she continued to focus her attention on the man.

He has now caught her full attention. She stared at his smile as if it were as warm as the sun.

Lisa's attention quickly shifted in the other direction from the top of the building to the second floor where she saw a man in his school uniform. The look of him is as cool as ice.

FROM the beginning of the journeys with Nine and Twelve, her life changed. Lisa became one of them as a result of an incident related to Twelve and Nine.

Although she was often humiliated and driven away by Nine, she still could not keep herself away from the group.

Twelve is the opposite of Nine. He’s jolly but has a different aspect of life.

She maybe not be smart like them, even about cooking, she could still feel the belongingness when she was with them. Even if they are different from the people she meet, they are undeniably more human.

She had a lot of strange experiences since the. Once, when she was running away with them for the reason that her mom was overly concerned about her. Since her dad left, her mother changed. She encountered depression.

She was out all day long as she kept her bag.

At no time did her mother call her cellphone which she simply ignored. She couldn't even breathe in her own home.

It was there that she used to sleep outside, hungry and feeling alone. Because for her, she is not fit for the world.

But . . .

Twelve is always there when she is on the brink of disaster. He always saves her and gives her importance.

Although she was certainly not like them, she found out that they really had a purpose in going to Tokyo.

Ever since Twelve talked to her in the library and take her on a ride on his motorcycle, she finally had hope. She saw Twelve appreciates her, even if it was a jerk.

As the days passed, Lisa gradually came to see and learn the whole truth.

That they are not just ordinary young people. They are the creatures that have been deprived of living as normal human beings by the people of their country.

They aim to reveal a dark truth that is being vindicated by them.

Even with intelligence and wit, it is accompanied by the sad reality that someday they will eventually go to a place where they can no longer experience hardship.

Because Twelve and Nine was one of the test subjects that was then called the Athena plan.

Over the years, Nine has been slowly being treated for headaches. Thanks to the side effects of the drug that was injected when they were in the institution.

Lisa learned that Nine and Twelve were planning to bomb the city of Tokyo. They are the faces behind the terrorists called the Sphinx.

They provide riddles to authorities. When they predict that, such a bomb will not explode. The riddles they conducted using Youtube was connected to senior government officials leading the Athena Plan which was endorsed by Detective Shibazaki.

But unlike other terrorists, it does not aim for harm. They just want to show the entire people of Tokyo what the Government branches of the country have done to their country.

They were not disappointed because they gradually achieved the justice they deserved.

Several times she had been involved in their plans. During those times, many things had taken place. She was on the brink of death and almost died, but because of Twelve, she always survives. He seemed to be her savior in times of great peril.

But one night, he finally confessed while they were on the ferris wheel. She could feel that Twelve was deeply in love with her. He was able to save her from the explosion of bombs that had been attached to his body in those moments. But that was in exchange for his betrayal of Nine.

Yes, she’s glad that she went and rescued him but she felt like she was interfering.

But even so, he remained by his side until the end.

Always protecting her . . .

Giving life meaning so that she can continue to fight life ...

But unlike before that everything was easy for Sphinx . . . there have been many obstacles.

One of that was Five, as it is one of the worst children of their former institution. Five is one of the few girls who survived and took over the American country permanently and burned down the institution led by Nine and Twelve. This is the main adversary of Nine and Twelve. She also has the ability and the talent.

She’s almost as good as Nine.

Over time, she became obsessed with Nine that was a major obstacle to their plans for achieving justice. This is why Lisa almost died for several times.

But it also eventually gave the Sphinx the favor to continue. The night before Five killed herself by explosion in a gasoline-powered car, she admitted her true feelings to Nine. That she continued to exist because of Nine.

Lisa would never have known that in the short time she met them, they would be in their memories.

The moment came when Nine and Twelve came up with the final plan in which a different method of bombing was carried out again. The Sphinx is sure to capture the attention of the entire Japanese people.

A High-altitude nuclear exploration was conducted by them. A type of bombing with an air baloon will support it and fly the bomb into space. The correct time and distance are calculated. Nine did it himself. Nine’s aim is to bring everyone to the experience of the institution. Full of darkness . . .

That night, a devastating explosion occurred among Japanese citizens.

Darkness enveloped the entire city after it exploded because the bombs mainly damaged Japan's sources of power.

Eventually, Twelve and Nine returned to the institution where everything began.

Lisa's saw their true identities. They are just like a common youth . . .

Who likes soccer . . .

Who likes listening to music . . .

Who has a dream in life . . .

But what Liza thought to be a happy day changed definitely.

Because on the last sunset, that same day would be the last moment to be with Nine and Twelve . . .

To see their sweet smiles.

Death has already taken back their lives in just an instant.

She will never forget how he died because of his illness. The last words of Nine was clear in Lisa’s mind.
