Chapter 9: Maa

Third person POV:

Victoria walked out of Knight.inc and immediately called someone who responded her call in just couple of rings “He terminated my contract” Victoria said in her frustrated tone “Don’t worry, come meet me now” The person on other line said “What is your location, I’ll send my car to pick you up” he added “No need, I’ll be there by myself” Victoria replied and hung up. She then quickly booked a cab via ‘UBER mobile App’ which arrived in 5 minutes.

“OTP please miss” Driver question Victoria “3215” Victoria replied and got busy in her cell phone as driver started his car and their ride began towards their destination, 45 minutes later when they reached to a familiar location “Please park right outside ‘The Mahal’ mansion” Victoria said in polite tone  hearing which “Wow miss.. you stay at ‘The Mahal’ mansion?” he questioned “It is announced as one of the expensive mansion of entire America” he added “Ahem…. No, I am not staying there, I just work there” Victoria replied in awkward tone.

5 minutes later Uber driver halted his cab right outside a humongous mansion, which was entirely build with fine looking glass “Here is, your cash” Victoria said clearing her cab fare as she hastily got down and made her way towards a butler who was patiently waiting for her arrival “Good evening Miss Amruta” he said hearing which Victoria sigh

and “How many time do I have to tell you Abdul my name is Victoria not Amruta” she replied “I am sorry miss but everyone are asked to address you as miss Rose by our boss” Abdul replied back with a warm smile “Any way’s , please take me to him?” Victoria requested Abdul who guided her inside.

The moment Victoria stepped inside ‘The Mahal’ mansion her breath got hitched, it was not like she was looking at this place for the first time however there was something different about this mansion, honesty this was one of the prettiest mansion she had ever seen in her life, where entire mansion was made with delicately carved and polished glass, while entire flooring was done of  exquisite ‘Persian Aqua green colored marble’, to add on to its beauty there was an extensively large chandelier right in middle of main area which had  real diamond embedded in place of artificial crystal, Victoria was in daze to study this place when “Miss you please take seat, until then I’ll go and call our boss” Abdul said offering a seat to Victoria on white leather couch, which she happily accepted.

5 minutes later when Victoria was busy surfing some random news on her cell phone she suddenly felt someone presence behind her because of which she immediately jolted her back and turned to see a 6.2’ feet tall muscular figure, standing behind her in white colored polo tshirt and black track pants while his dark black eyes were fixed on her every action “Kabir…?” She whispered under her breath and immediately pressed her right hand to her chest to clam her throbbing heartbeat “You almost scared me” She added, however she received no response from kabir’s end.

“What happened ?” Kabir questioned her in his deep voice as he walked around couch and sat down on comfy chair which was place beside couch on which veronica was sitting “That motherfucking bastard terminate my contract with his fucking company” Veronica replied with anger building in her tone and sitting back on her place, hearing which “Behave with you Language when you are in my house” Kabir quickly hissed back which made veronica go mum “Now forget about what had happened, tell me what is your next move?” Kabir added couple of seconds later “Am going for Alex now… he will be my easy target” Veronica quickly replied on which “And how are you planning to do that?” Kabir questioned her back “Can you get me detail on where and when is he going to attend next party?” Veronica questioned him upon which Kabir simply kept staring at her “What are you planning to do?” he questioned her back staring deep in her eyes “Don’t you already know what I do and what is my profession?” Veronica swiftly questioned him back with raised eyebrow hearing which kabir clenched his jaw in anger as he hastily stood up from his place and walked out of his mansion.

Veronica POV:

“What the hell is wrong with this person?” I murmured under my breath when Kabir simply walked out on me without even bothering to answer my question “Bastard” I lightly cursed him when right that moment I heard one of the most melodious sound “Maa……… you are back…….…” Panchi, 6 year old daughter of Kabir said as she made her run towards me with her baby step and immediately snaked her both arms around my neck by abruptly pulling me closer to her delicate body “Panchi…. My baccha (baby)” I said pulling her up on my lap by allowing her to put her both leg on either side of waist “I missed you sooooo…. Much maa” She said by furiously pecking by left cheek “I missed you too baccha” I replied and kissed her rosy pink chubby cheeks “Why were you late this time…. You know I was count day since you last came to meet me… its’ been 10 day’s maa” She said showing ten fingers of her hand right in front of my face “I am so sorry panchi…. You know right maa is soooooo……… busy with her work lately, because of which she cannot come to meet you for this long” I told her by lightly squeezing her nose “Then please leave your job maa… you and papa (father) both are working and I have no one else to play with me” She said in her baby voice and pouted lip “God… you look so cute…” I said as she reminded me of how chubby and cute I was in my childhood “I… I …” I shuttered on my word however before I could finish my statement “Panchi?” I heard a familiar voice, because of which I tilted my head up as “PAPA…. See maaa……” Panchi said by lightly squeezing her fragile body in me.

“Panchi go back to your room beta, your mother and I need to talk something important” Kabir said in his deep voice “But papa… Maa is here after so many day’s, I want to spend more time with her” Panchi replied to kabir by resting her head on my chest “Panchi beta, your maa is staying with you tonight, so don’t worry you both have plenty of time today” Kabir suddenly said with a small smile which stunned me for a while ‘ WHAT THE FUCK’ I cursed in my mind upon hearing his word however I keep my mouth shut when “REALLLLLLYYYYYY………………………. OH god, THANK YOU SO MUCH….. PAPA, YEAHHHHHHH…. Maa you are staying with me here” Panchi suddenly squeal in happiness and squeezed herself more in my embrace “Maaa…. I’ll go an prepare our doll house, we will play with me dolls” She added and hastily jump off me and made her run upstairs towards her bedroom.

The moment I saw panchi getting behind her bedroom door “WHAT THE FUCK YOU MEAN BY I AM STAYING HERE KABIR?” I turned my head and roared at kabir who was looking at me with his instance glare “Is your English that weak, that you can’t understand by what does it mean that you are staying here.. haa”  he replied me with sarcasm “I don’t have time for your stupid sarcasm kabir, don’t you dare to forget that I am simply pretending to be mother of your daughter also staying in your mansion was never part of our agreement!” I immediately hissed back with my rising temper

Start of flashback

One and half year ago

“Margaret am little tired, can’t you sent any other angel to this customer” I said in my weak tone by sitting straight on my bed, Margaret was owner of Dark Angel an escort agency which us to provide services to only rich and awfully wealthy clients “No veronica… I can’t send anyone else because I don’t know why, but this customer had specifically asked for your service also he is ready to pay a huge amount for your time in his bed” Margaret said, hearing which I curiously got up from my bed and started doing my routine.

I took a small yet smooth bath and got dress in sparkling short red dress and put on my bold makeup, since being in an escort agency our makeup and dressing acted like our armor, in meantime Margaret got a car arranged for me along with my bouncer.

Since it was night time and New York roads were pretty crowed, It took me approx 40 min to reach at said destination, which was ‘Jupiter Hotel’ one of luxurious and 7 star hotel of new York, when I entered ‘Jupiter’ I was approached by an unknown person who introduced himself as ‘Abdul’ and then guided me towards top floor i.e 25^th floor which was provided to only VVVIP customer as one night cost of rooms on 23^rd floor was equal to my 12 months earning.

Abdul left once he guided me towards a room which was totally dark inside when “Hello..?” I said as I slowly made my way inside “Is anyone there?” I again questioned however to my surprise there was still no response “I am Victoria from Dark Angel.. I am her to provide my plea…….” My word got lingered in air as I unexpectedly tripped my right foot heel and fell down, but surprisingly I never made an impact with floor, it was then I realized someone was holding be by my waist in very awkward position, seeing which I quickly took his help and stood up straight in front of him.

“Hello my name is Vitoria… you can call me Vicky or by any other name you please” I said in my most sensual way when suddenly every single light of that room got lighted up and a came in view a most handsome man I had ever laid my eyes on “Victoria..?” he said in his deep husky voice as his midnight orb remained glued to my hazel brown one “I am kabir.. Kabir Dewan” he said which immediately made my eyes go wide in shock as I instantly recognized he was one of extremely wealthy and coldblooded billionaire from Information technology sector however my what he next said almost made my eye’s pop out of my socket “I want to offer you an agreement, an agreement to be mother of my daughter” he said in his deep tone

End of flashback

“Alex is going to attend a cruise party tomorrow, which Is exclusive for renowned and wealthy guest only, so if you want to go any play you little trick on him to get your revenge , I can get you on that cruise but for that you’ll have to stay here tonight with my daughter and ME” Kabir replied to me in pure businessman hearing which I huffed in frustration however I was helpless since now there was no going back on my plan, for which I was in desperate need of Kabir and his support because of which “Fine” was the only reply I gave him in return as we both kept staring at each other in eyes….
