Taking things one step at a time

Hey there my lovely readers, most of y'all well probably all of y'all are upset because of what Ryan did but remember the key of gaining the attention of readers is to always have a problem because without drama the book won't be enjoyable....

For the heads up am going to start this chapter with Ryan's POV.... It would be interesting to know how he feels ain't it💯💯💯💯💯 enjoy!!!!

             Ryan's POV

Even though I didn't do anything, I could feel guilt washing over my body as I entered my house...

As I walked across the living room to head up the stairs I was surprise to see my mother standing next to the window looking outside at the lawn. And then it dawned on me that probably my mom saw the whole scene and heard my conversation with Vicky and the only person that might have witnessed that i'm guilty.

         End of Ryan's POV

"Mom I messed things up with charlie, am afraid I've just lost the girl of my dreams, Ryan stated surprising his own self."

"My dear always remember, if you love someone let them go, if it was yours to keep it will come back but if it doesn't it wasn't yours to keep, I see that this girl has changed you from been a player to a one girl type of guy, Mrs rider giggled while saying."

"Mom this is serious I messed things up big time, first I carried Charlie on a date and leave her without her knowing when I got a call saying that one of my friends was in the hospital and I needed to go there immediately, when I reached the hospital none of my friends were admitted so it was all a prank, then i came home and Vicky walks up to me and tricked me and she took advantage of the situation and kissed me and at that time Charlie was here and that's how the story was, Ryan stated with anger."

"Don't be so hard on yourself, but you should've told Charlie before you go to the hospital, its like you stood her up to think you actually like/love her but don't , but the other part of your situation I understand and I have the solution that part of your problem so don't worry, Mrs rider stated."

"What's that mom?, Ryan asked with pleading eyes."

"Am not gonna tell you as yet, but what you should do is to think and ask yourself if you really want this girl, is she worth your time, do you want to make it up to her, do you really want her to be yours, when you have the answers you can hear my plan of how I'll help you."

"There's really nothing to think about I already have the answers to those, Ryan answered back hesitantly."

"No hun I said to think, this isn't a joke thing you really hurt her and she's a nice young lady that need to be treated in the same manner, I love you son don't make the same mistake I did with your father,mrs rider said with a kind smile."

"I love you too mom, am gonna go study and do some thinking, I'll see you in the morning."

"That's my boy, Mrs rider stated.''

(Hey am sorry for not saying this before, but if I use Mrs rider/Jennifer please bare in mind that this character is one person its just that her right name is Jennifer Rider.)

         1 and 1/2 hour earlier

             Charlies POV

I walked slowly towards the living room as my mind process all the terrible events that happened today. I was really looking forward in enjoying my date with Ryan today but fate just wasn't on my side. What hurts the most is that he carried me to the beach and left with my clothes and phone without saying anything and then I come home and seeing him kissing another girl, and am just trying to wrap my head around the whole thing..... But then it dawned on me that everything he did was just because of the game.

            End of Charlie's POV

"Good night, I just want you both to know that I'm okay with you guys dating, I don't want to be the one that stands between your happiness, it will take some getting use to, but everything will fall into place. And am sorry for reacting the way I did, Charlie said looking down embarrassed of herself."

"Sweetie its okay, I understand that situations like these can be uncomfortable, am happy you feel that way though thanks for understanding, William responded with a smile."

"I hope with everything that has happened, we will bond like we used to, I'll understand if you hate my guts now, Rebecca stated softly with tears in her eyes."

"Its okay mum, I still love you remember you told me once that if its meant to be it will be,well in this case it seems to me that you were meant to be with my father so just let love flow, Charlie stated before storming into the kitchen."

"I made your favourite dish, be sure to use a spoon, Rebecca shouted with a giggle."

"I'll be right back honey, am gonna go and ensure she use a spoon/fork, just go freshen up and I'll meet you in your bedroom, William stated as he kissed Rebecca on her cheek."

        Few seconds later

"Cut to the chase Charlie what's going on with you and you better not tell me nothing because I know you better than I even know myself?, William asked in alarm."

"Ughh, its noth-ing dad-dy tod-ay was just rea-lly fun, Charlie stutteted."

"Whose the guy and what did he do, he didn't make you do anything you didn't want to do, did he get you pregnant?, William asked in panic."

"Dad slow down, are you a mind reader are something, Charlie said with a giggle."

"So you are pregnant,oh my god am now gonna turn a grandpa, my daughter is gonna drop out of------------, Charlie interrupt William before he could finish his sentence."

"Keep your voice down, I still have my virginity in tact, I just thought this guy at school was serious about me but it turns out he wasn't, and its hard for me to accept the fact,Charlie said as she dried the tears that came to her eyes."

"You must really have strong feelings for him, do you wanna talk about it or do you want us to sing out the pain?, William asked with a smile."

"You know it dad, Charlie responded back with a smile."
