17. Date with Fairy

The next day I woke up, I took a relaxing shower, got ready, and went to Sam's room.

Sam was adjusting his hair. He was looking quite smart in his white shirt, jeans, and rose gold blazer.

Casie: "Hey Sam. So are you all set to meet the love of your life? "I teased him.

Sam came near me and held me by my waist and said. "I already met my love a few days ago." I blushed slightly.

We stayed there for a minute and then suddenly heard Amy's voice. We parted.

Amy: " Hey Sam are you ready to meet Carol? She saw me and then said, "Did I came at the wrong time?"

Casie: "No Amy it's fine. We were discussing the meeting plan."

Amy: "Ok so I have an amazing plan.

Sam will go to the garden where carol usually comes to pick flowers for her charm. He will pretend that he came here since he wants to clear the air between them and will ask her for a date. Sam, you need to take her out and spend an amazing day, Plan a picnic in the forest and there spend time alone and then you will tell her sorry for leaving her and make her emotional. She has a soft corner for you. So it will be a bit easy for you to make her emotional. When she will cry you need to collect the tear."

Sam looked at me with a glare asking if I am ok with the plan. I replied "Amazing plan Amy. Let's do this."

Amy smiled and said: "I will wait for you, Sam. I am downstairs. Meet me before leaving."

As Amy went, Sam came near me and took my hand into his. "Don't worry kiddo I won't be trapped in her spell again and I won't do anything that you don't want me to." I smiled back.

We hugged and then came downstairs. Amy was waiting for us downstairs. Amy handed Sam a lily pad.

Amy: "Sam this will help you catch her tear and preserve it. When she will start crying try to capture tear in this." Sam took the lily pad and then smiled and waved us and left.

At fairyland

Sam reached the fairyland royal garden. He then heard Carol's voice somewhere a little far.

Carol: "Jade How many times I have told you to throw away these red shoes. They are so flashy."

Jade:" But Love, I really like this."

Carol: "They are not classy jade. If you want to be seen with me you need to change your style. Forget it. I will take you shopping and will pick you something classy. Why is your hair still violet? I told you to dye it blue in color."

Jade: "But l I love my violet hairs."

Carol: " It doesn't go with my pink hair. Pink and blue are meant to be together."

Sam (to himself):  "I don't believe I have to talk to her."

Carol saw Sam and came near him.

Carol: "Hey loser. What are you doing here? Don't you have to take care of that little "brat?"

Sam: "Her name is Casie. I actually wanted to meet and talk to you. Can we talk somewhere in private?"

Carol: "I knew you will come around begging to talk to me."

Carol(to Jade): "Hey jade I will see you around."

Jade: "But carol, Can't I stay?"

Carol: "No dear. I will meet you only when I see that stupid violet hair on your head is replaced with blue."

Jade: "Anything for you my love."

Jade went away.

Carol:" So what you want to talk to me about?"

Sam: "Can we go to some other place to talk? Like can we go to the clifftop where we used to go during old times?"

Carol: "Ok. I think I can do that. It's been a while I haven't visited that  cliff top."

Sam and Carol went to the cliff top and sat at the usual spot.

Sam: "So Carol. The other day when I saw you at the boutique... I was thinking to talk to you. Actually, I know that things between us have ended in a nasty way. I want to clear the air between us and want to apologize if I have said so hurtful things to you. I want us to forget the past and move on."

Carol: "So you are not here to be together? You just want us to forget the time we spent together and move on? Don't you have any happy memory of me?"

Saying this Carol becomes sad.

Carol: "Have you ever liked me?"

Sam: "I loved you Carol and you know it. But you never cared about my feelings and treated me like crap. I was just a shitty piece for you"

Carol: "I know I was not very good to you. I was a mean girlfriend. I deserve this."

Saying this she started crying. Sam consoled her and gave her the lily pad. Here Carol.Please wipe your tears. Carol wiped her tears on the lily pad.

Carol: "So sam this is it?"

Sam sighs

Sam: "Unfortunately yes Carol But please try valuing people in your life and admire the one who loves and cares for you."

Carol: "I guess you are right. I was always the center of attraction so I want things revolving around me. I believe I have never cared for anyone's sentiments. I will try to be a better and wise fairy."

Sam: "I am glad to hear this. Now get up. Let's go. I have to go to Angelina. We have some serious issues to take care of."

Carol: " Ok. Let me know if I can help."

Sam: "Sure thing."

Sam got up and gave her hand to carol to help her get up. They both hugged and then Sam waved goodbye.
