The change is comming!

I bet you change is comming! For now im making my self better, im tired of getting teased and bullied for all of my life, i need to be healthy not to pleased anybody but for my self, crying loudly at the edge of the hill were we went for a hiking.

"Thats right!" a loud voice at my back, with out notice, Luis was there, who heard all my sentiments, shocks I'm ashmed, he had overheard it all, but I'm happy for the support he has given me all the way. My only friend who supported me ever since...

Hmmmn, how do we start? Asking him for the first time, hahaha of course, you must eat plenty of rice, rich in protein and carbohydrates. you also need an exercise to build your muscle and strong bones. You might be skinny but you can change it anyway. Focus and discipline, thats also what you need. Others are blessed to have skinny body because they can eat anything they wanted with out limmits but doesn't gain any fats to thier body.

If only you would know, i am sick of this life I cannot control everybodys mind  and what ever they speak that hurts me a lot, sometimes i cannot resist.
