Chapter 2 ( Lucifer Has Fun)

A group of archeologists had formed because of the conjecture surrounding the glyphs and Mayan calendars decided to look at the Temples yet again, the group had six men and a few laborers as well as a catholic priest. Looking through their special boxes at the eclipse as it crossed the face of the sun were stunned when the bright light emanated from the total blackness, and the brimstone rained from the sky. The priest began praying his Hail Mary's and rocking back and forth. The lead archeologist Sam Witherspoon looked around the corner at the side of the temple at the calendar and said aloud," I'll Be God Damned!!!" At the same moment the radio began playing the Rolling stones " Won't you Guess my Name?" There indeed was a shadow  flying above heard the striking tones of the song and smiled to himself and said aloud," Come on self , let's go have a bit of fun shall we?" 

As Lucifer descended, the song was saying," Please allow me to introduce myself. I'm a man. Of wealth and taste." He gracefully lit upon a rock, Still nude as the day he was made rocking out with his cock out, nearby the group of people closest to the radio and smiled as he stretched his wings out to their fullest width and nodded his head to the beat of the song and said," Man, I always did like that song. I need no introductions as you have already guessed by now who I am? “Give them free will he said.” And I warned him it was too dangerous.I said, " Father that really would be such a damned mistake. That'll come back and bite you in the ass I promise you." “Give them dominion of the earth." He says and  Again I say to him, " Well you know father, that is quite dangerous. They really are a brutal lot. Look how many Rows they cause between each other.” Turns out he was wrong, And I was right as usual. Who would have guessed? Hmm? So the old man grew quite petulant with me, and bound my ass in chains, seriously? Me in chains, my beautiful wings cramped under such pressure and heat. Then finally, God said to you Obsequious lot ," "Thou Shall not Steal!" I say, "Fuck Him!"

He reached down and grasped the radio and smiled wickedly at the people who stood there, mouths agape." Oh don't worry you will all live long lives." Turning to the priest he said," Except you. When God said be a father of many, you took it way to far; Father all those innocent girls you raped and got pregnant. All those innocent babies’ deaths? EVEN I LUCIFER, like babies. And you hid them in the foundations of the church in in the walls of the catacombs instead of getting caught and removed from office. I'll see you next Sunday!" The people around the priest inched away from him as Lucifer took off in a gust of wind leaving the men to look at the priest in shock and stunned silence as they watched the sky riddled with fire and brimstone strike the ground.

South America: Another large shard strikes the mountains in Peru just on the other side of Brazil. The air smelled of electricity as it sizzled in the air. A rift formed a mile wide with heavy neon green ooze crackling through the tear. Pale greenish blue hands reached through and tore it open on one side as many more Trolls and other worldly large spiders the size of small cars began to pour forth from the gap. They spread far and wide through the Amazon Basin and out to the sea. They took up residence in the jungle near several aboriginal tribes and hid there in masses until the sky stopped burning. Dust and smoke belched from the earth and no man or beast could see more than a few feet in front of them.

North American Defense Command, Cheyenne Mountain:

The young major at the computer array was adjusting the few remaining satellites to track the trajectories of the moon shards coming through the atmosphere. "Sir we have a little problem, there is a shard on direct course straight for Hoover Dam. There isn't enough time to warn anyone." The major looked up with tears in his eyes and said," Everyone close your eyes and pray they all have a swift death, don't look at the screen." He then picked up the phone and called the president as another soldier hit the air raid siren for the west coast. The only sound over the com was the colonel saying, " Brace for impact." the last thing across his mind was," Oh dear God please let all these shock absorbers still work." The burning molten rock slammed into the dam and then into the ground beneath causing a shockwave that triggered the last 10.9 earthquake on the Richter scale to begin the San Andréa's fault to crack wide open. NASA Mission control saw in full view as California, Oregon, and Washington slid off the continental plate into the Pacific Ocean causing a tidal wave to head towards China. Flight control said," Get on the phone with the Emperor of Japan and Premier of China and tell them that they have two hours and make sure their people have made peace with God."

Dr. Kaku’s voice came over his speaker," Give me a phone we must call the President, He’s with all the joint chiefs of staff in New York at a peace summit in the UN building." Flight Control picked up the red phone and called the president's cell phone but only got the voice mail as the presidents both present and past were dead or dying. President Trump, we have one more shard left it seems of any size to do damage. It seems its track is headed straight for the northern Atlantic somewhere near Iceland. Your wife and son are safe as they were at NASA Houston touring the facility."Lucifer heard every word of the conversation and smiled evilly to himself and suddenly materialized near the entry point of the debris." What a perfect chance to wipe out my competition. Antichrist my ass, that little whelp wouldn’t know how to tie his shoe laces if it weren’t for his wife and staff." With a deft roundhouse kick, he sent the shard on a collision course with what was left of  the UN building. The president was hanging onto a large metal beam while torrents of water slammed and jostled under him. Obama was skewered by an  I beam and a large pane of glass. The angel flew over to where Trump was and shook the metal beam he was on so he would fall into the water. orange tanning soultion bled onto his white collar when he hit the water. Dr. Kaku spoke softly," All heads of state, all the kings of the Un and our president and joint chiefs of staff along with the presidential family are all dead. Except Melania and Baron who ironically chose to meet with me today. Looking at her teary eyes he said softly," Im sorry for your loss mam." A man standing beside Michio spoke loud," Contact the Commander of the air combat command he is now the president." Everyone was in tears as they watched the events unfolding before them.

General Wilfred Gerald James Macaffery (COACC) was briefing his pilots when all hell broke loose then he got the call from NORAD. Picking up the phone he nodded and said “Yes. I will be there in a few hours. What do you mean there’s no time? What?? Then call the joint chiefs! What do you mean they are dead!? Everyone is dead but me?? Oh crap can you get me out of here?” Then hung up the phone and pointed to his pilots and said,” You, you and you get your shit together and get in the air you are escorting Air force 1, It seems I’m now the President of the United States of America or what the fuck is left of it.” They all rushed out looking to the sky and made a b line for the closest helicopter as most of the planes had been destroyed in the Aftermath of Jupiter’s nova. He could see the light of a second sun searing his eyes in the midday sky as he boarded the chopper and headed for N.O.R.A.D. The pilots were rushing through the checklist and heard the pilot’s voice.

 “N.O.R.A.D., Mercy 1 we have assumed new call sign, Air Force 1.” The gravity of the situation began to weigh on Gerry’s shoulders as they lifted off the ground. A voice on the other end,” Acknowledged Air Force 1 we await your arrival. He looked out the window in deep reverie as the world zipped by him in what seemed to be fast forward... An attaché met them at the corridor going into the mountain. “Mr. President we need to take the oath of office as soon as possible. “ He handed Gerry the preliminary paperwork of what had transpired and droned on incessantly while they walked to the Communications room to broadcast his oath of office over air waves on the emergency am station.

The three pilots had been his close friends for many years .Captain John Mackintosh, affectionately known as Mack. Thomas J Rhine’s, call sign Whip it and Freiderich M. Hawsey lovingly referred to as Bull. They surrounded him as he began to lay his hand on the Bible and raised his right hand. “Repeat after me.” I Wilfred Gerald James.” To the left Mack snickered, “Wilfred? Gerry?? Was your mom doing crack??” Gerry responded,” You know I’m not yet president? I can punch you dead in the nose. NO?? Ok let’s get back to it then.” Macaffrey do solemnly swear I will faithfully execute the office of the president of the United States and will to the best of my abilities preserve, protect, and defend the constitution of the United States, So Help me God.” Looking around the room his eyes fell on the twelve people surrounding him and said from this moment forward you are my cabinet. Mack you are my Chief of Staff, you will not fly unless I tell you to do so. Fred, you are now my VP and go with these good people to be safe. “Fred responded, Oh fuck no I aint! We are together LIKE always, if you go. I go period I’m the best pilot you got. No offense guys but I can out maneuver both of you.”
