 DAYTON I awoke from sleep few seconds after my alarm clock went off. Without opening my eyes, I stretched my hand to turn it off- something I've grown used to doing over the years. A smile appeared on my face as I sat up and stretched, letting out a yawn. Unlike most people, I'm a morning person. It feels nice to wake up in the morning to a new day ahead.       It had been a week now in my new school and I was loving it. Allison and the guys made everything lively - well, apart from Zach. He doesn't come around like the others for obvious reasons. I'm okay with that cause he's not my favourite person.  It was Monday and I was walking to school. I got tired of  Charlotte ranting about her new boyfriend. "OMG! He's so hot. He asked me out. I answered without looking at the caller's ID. "Hello?"  DAYTON I laid on my bed later in the night. I was staring at the ceiling smiling smugly. My phone vibrated on the bedside table and I smiled as I picked it up. Expecting the text to be from Allison, I checked it but it turned out to be from Sean. 'Thanks for today. Goodnight. Love, Sean. xx.' It read. I smiled but didn't reply. I dropped the phone on the bed, beside me and continued to stare, remembering our date. It was lovely.
