The wedding reception lasted all day and late into the night. It started with lunch consisting of noodle soup, followed by the main course: pork, sauerkraut and dumplings. There was also white wine, red wine, beer or mineral water. After dinner, a small music group consisting of friends of my parents played, who gave us a homely serenade with a jew's harp, washboard, harmonica and accordion. After this real Bavarian cultural conversation, Anna and I took the time to talk to each of our guests in detail. Of course, I didn't know some of them, because they were Anna's acquaintances.
