Because of how many participants they had taking part in the SCRIMMAGE and the limit a person could undergo the bombardment procedure the number of events which allowed the Rainbow Phenomenon to happen was limited to twice to once a week and sometimes none a week because if it went on for too long without them getting new fighters there would no longer be a chance to see the Rainbow Phenomenon in action and that had its own issues as well No matter how different the fighting in the SCRIMMAGE was it was nothing compared to the joy gotten when seeing those purple, red and green lights and steam and also any show which had to recruit many new faces only for them to temporarily stay on for a month or so and then leave would leave a bad taste on the mouth and eyes of those in audience so they had to do with what they could with this list of fighters they had while they worked on the procedure

What this meant is that since they knew that the time to eat in the morning is 9am and the time to eat in the evening is 6pm and that has been happening for a week since they stepped into World Island even when the clocks are taken away the night before as long as the alarm is rang for them to eat they would know that the time is 9am the next day and when it's rang again the would know that the time is 6pm and with that keep a track of time so the experiment and theory would feels redundant at this point  Normally people don't check the time until they want to do something important and everything important has already been stamped to a specific time in World Island which the alarm being rang would let them know about "I hop you understood what I just said, you did right?"  "Of course we did..."
