 Susan didn’t set her alarm Saturday because for a change she didn’t need to. When she made that decision, she had no intention of sleeping until 10AM. Hopefully the extra sleep will help build her immune system as she heads into flu season. Werewolves rarely got sick, but when they did, it was often serious because not all human medicines worked on werewolves. So depending on the illness, options for treatment were limited.  Being a werewolf, Susan had never been afraid to eat. Wolves have a higher metabolism than humans and the change which she would be undergoing for the run tonight, took a lot of energy and thus calories. Susan loaded up her plate with food and went back over to help Alpha Gannon and Luna Caitriona with the pups. The last several days the pregnancy had been catching up with Cat, so Susan wanted to do all she could to help out.  Just as Travis was impressed by Susan’s beautiful wolf form, Susan thought Travis’ huge, mostly silver wolf interspersed with black hairs and a slightly brown underside was the most magnificent thing she had ever seen.
