Three days later I walk into the hospital room. I see two middle-aged men in each other’s arms hugging, well the bigger one is hugging the smaller man.Walking in they hear me and turn to look at me. The little man who was hugged, his eyes are blood red from crying.“Excuse me but why are you in this room?” I ask but I’m cut off by Aunty Sandra, “Ethan honey, these two men say they are friends of Sage.”

Pushing the doors open I see Uncle Michael stand there talking to the doctor assigned to Sage. Walking over I looked at him. He smiles at me with watery eyes, “Where’s Sage?” I demand.“He fell asleep right after the call ended,” Doctor Anderson says to me. I nod and head into the room where I see Aunty Sandra, Samantha and Seth who look up at me excitedly.Nodding at them I walk to Sage looking at him up and down.

“BABY!!” Ethan yells my name from downstairs.I look down at my toddler who’s smiling mischievously after hearing his father’s voice, “Daddy, papa’s calling you.”
