Serena's POVMy heart was still racing as I stood outside my bedroom door. I paused a moment, trying to catch my breath before going in, just in case Brax was still awake. Serena's POV“If you're going to talk to Dakota about mates, you better make it soon,” Brax whispered to me at dinner. I knew he was right. She and Damian were sitting across from us and had been oblivious to everyone else in the room for the entire meal. Damian's hand kept brushing hers, and I knew she would be feeling the sparks when their skin made contact.So as soon as we'd finished eating, I grabbed Dakota's hand and led her and my parents out of the room.
