Lahat ng Kabanata ng Oh, That Russian Accent: Kabanata 1 - Kabanata 10

Today I start my first classes. I spend all yesterday unpacking and getting to know my roommate. She seems very nice, so that’s at least a relief. Her name is Emily and she’s from Arizona. We have plans to explore the enormous campus together this weekend together.  

A few weeks had passed and I was getting used to the idea of college. It was quite different from high school, I admit, but in a good way. The only thing I want to change is the distance between my dad and I. I miss him terribly, but lucky for me, we have fall-break in a week. I’m taking a flight home to see him, which reminds me, I need to book a ticket tonight.  

The first thought I have, when I wake up is; Holy moly, it’s hot in here. My eyes slowly adjust as I look around the tent. I nearly jump when I see Dimitri next to me, then I remember the events of last night. I can tell it is early because the sky’s still pink. With that thought, I fall back into my slumber.  

Our break is over and classes are starting. I had so much fun on the camping trip. But it was also extremely nice to see my dad. Gosh, I already miss him again.  I make my way towards my last class of the day. I’m a little late

It has been a couple of days since I last saw Dimitri. He hasn’t shown up to class either, so I made a copy of my notes for him. It’s Saturday today, so I can head over to his dorm and give them to him. Now I just have to find out which dorm is his. Easier said than done.
