Xavier’s POV

“Darn it ! Where did that woman take away him ?”, I gritted through my teeth as the rest of the Green Smoke Gang and the Shadow boys tried to search for him with me.

“Xavier, just don’t worry, ok ? She is harmless”, Amanda assured me.

“Yeah ! I just saw how “harmless” she was”, I stressed on the word- harmless while gesturing double quotes with my fingers as I replayed the moments just before Kyle got knocked out.

I had tried to rush to my friend’s rescue but I was too late as I helplessly saw the girl take away him in her arms.

“Amanda is right dude. Just rest for tonight. Kyle will be back by tomorrow”, Lee promised. “He is with the Alpha’s daughter. She will surely take care of him for the night.”

“Lee is right. She might be a merciless dance fighter but she has a soft heart too. She will not let an innocent suffer due to her”, Jacob said.

I sighed and gave in before trudging my way back to my dorm.

Oh Moon Goddess ! Let Kyle be in safe hands, I silently prayed.

Kyle’s POV

“You should not get up”, the beautiful woman infront of me scolded nervously. “You need to rest”, she softly added while forcing me back to lay down.

“I feel much better now. Don’t worry about me”, I gently smiled.

It had been ages since I felt so peaceful and my wolf seemed to act like a love sick puppy in my head. I mentally rolled my eyes at him.

“Don’t you dare do that again fucker”, Leo growled at me and receded back to the deep recesses of my mind.

“You are my mate and I hurt you, that too on your birthday. How can I not be worried”, my mate replied back, regret clearly showing on her soft, innocent face.

“I think we should introduce each other first”, I softly murmured as I gently pulled my mate’s hand to sit by my bed.

Acting on cue, my mate sat beside me and ran her slender and long fingers across my face and cupped my exposed cheek in her hand.

Her slight touch sending sparks to my body.

Completely rendering me hopeless with her touch, she leaned close to my ear and nimbly whispered, “I am Niyah Stone, daughter of Alpha of the Diamond Heart Pack and leader of the Shadow Gang. I turned 18 today.” She winked as she slowly moved away from me and gave me the most charming smile.

Her voice was magically angelic and sweet.

I couldn’t imagine how I was staying alive till now without hearing that voice.

Everything was just BEAUTIFUL that it felt like a dream.

I just wanted to wrap my mate in my arms and pocket her inside me and never let her go.

I came back from my thoughts when I noticed her lower her gaze in worry and ask me, “Are you fine ? You spaced out.”

How could someone be so adorable. I forgot for a moment that this adorably cute creature had just beaten me up to pulp in the dancing arena mercilessly.

Her soft side seemed to be affecting me a lot.

“I am sorry. It’s just that you are so beautiful and perfect. I got lost”, I said in a matter of tone voice and instantly got the reaction that I was hoping for.

My mate turned tomato red and tried to hide her blushing face behind her hands.

I removed her hands from her face and tugged her closer to me.

I heard a gasp and saw her shivering in my arms as she quivered like a lost newborn puppy.

It seemed like her breathing had stopped for the moment as the sexual tension in the air was suddenly evident.

Returning the favour, the way she introduced herself while tensing me up, I thought two could play this game.

I brought her lips uncannily close to mine and stared at her lips smirking, as I felt her breathing get heavier.

I could hear her heart pounding get louder against her chest as I leaned even closer to her lips.

“My name is Kyle Green, son of Alpha of the Green Moss Pack and leader of the Green Smoke Gang. I turned 19 today….”

“And found my mate”, I moaned out in a husky voice.

My mate gulped in unease as I kept my hold on her, staring right into her beautiful eyes while I simply enjoyed the hot mess this heavenly beauty was in.
