***Bernard's POV***

I had just finished dancing with a cute redhead when I walked out of the dancing circle past the crowd.

Then I saw her.

I know time stood still. It had to because along with it, I felt like the wind was knocked out of me. Literally.

She was beautiful. Breathtaking. There was just something about her that drew me close like a moth to a flame. More or less like a deer mesmerized by a car's headlights.

A part of me had to get close, but I stood back observing her. Because something as gorgeous as that could not have come here alone. And the thought bothered me a bit. Weird, huh?

If I could explain to you in detail what I was looking at, you would think that I was describing an apparition of an Angel. Or knowing my luck, you would strap me in a stray jacket because of my crazy talk.

She was a mixture of sinful mocha and brown sugar. I just wondered if she tasted as delicious as she looked.

Damn it, this place was getting hot.

She stood alone slowly drinking whatever concoction she had in the cup before her. A few guys sidled up to her, but she sweetly declined whatever they offered. And that gave me confidence. Not that I needed it. Honestly, I didn't, but there was something about her that just had me anxious to get closer.

I saw as another girl sidled next to her and whispered something in her ear then handed her another drink. She refused it at first, but the other girl insisted and then she took it.

She was alone again. I inched closer and at that moment our eyes met.

I was undone.

We were locked in each other's gazes and for that brief moment, it felt like an eternity. Then she gave me a shy smile. Hell, by this time our souls probably met, kissed, married and had children.

Yes, it was that intense.

But to my dismay, as I set out to get closer to her, her friend reappeared and pulled her away. Her gaze held mine as her friend pulled her through the crowd. The hard tap on my shoulder snapped me out of my haze. I looked at my friend Josh and watched his mouth move but heard no words. I felt disoriented and frustrated because I wanted to know her.

I got pulled in every direction possible as girls of all types pawed me up and pulled me to dance. It felt surreal, as if I was not in my body. I needed to get fresh air at this point because the place was closing in on me. Faces, music and warm, sweaty bodies were meshed together everywhere.

I opted to not go through the masses and turned off to find the bathroom instead. I crossed over the sea of bodies tossed and passed out on the floor and made my way to the back.

After gently peeling off an arm that wrapped around my neck, I finally turned the corner in the hallway and collided with another person. Immediately, I reached out wrapping my arms around her waist to steady her.

"Sorry..." I began to say, but then I stopped when I noticed it was her.

We stood there motionless. I could feel the heat of our bodies rising the longer we stood there.

She gasped and peered up into my face. I was mesmerized by the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen. Then she nervously licked her lips and that had me craving for a taste of them.

It was now or never and I set out to do what I've been meaning to do. I asked her to dance.

She nodded and followed me out to where other couples were dancing. The drinks were coming left and right and I could see that she was more relaxed as we continued to drink. We could feel the rush of the mood of the party as song after song played.

It was crowded and the space around us got even tighter. Then suddenly she was squished into me and that..... Set the motion for what came next.

I leaned my head down. I paused, waiting for her to pull away. But she didn't. Then our lips met. It was a pivotal moment at its best because she could have pulled away even then. But she did even better. She pulled me closer.

Our lips parted and my tongue touched hers, all I could do was moan. It felt so right and the kiss deepened. Everything went by in a flash. We were so consumed with ourselves and with alcohol that we ended up in a vacant bedroom.

Closing the door, I locked it and the sound of the music was blocked out. The only sounds that came from within were our heavy pants and moans. Nothing at that moment could have stopped me from taking her.

In a matter of mere minutes I had her undressed and beneath me as we continued to kiss.

We were in such a drunken haze that I don't think we had made a proper introduction or anything.

The softness of her skin on mine felt so good, I grew hard with the barest contact of it. There wasn't an inch of her I didn't kiss or touch. God, she was so soft and beautiful.

I couldn't hold on any longer. I slowly parted her legs with my knees. She jerked as I rubbed the tip of my erection against her slickness.

Her hands were pressed against my chest. Her nails raking my skin as I pressed further. Honey brown eyes glazed over with fear and lust, somewhat dazed stared up at me.

A soft whimper followed as I flexed my hips and pushed further into her. She was so fucking tight, her sexy fingers clenched around me like a vice grip. I gathered her close and I began to move as slowly as I could, deep into her tightness and warmth until I was snug against her. The pleasure of it was indescribable. I lowered my head and pressed a kiss to her throat, feeling her pulse leap beneath my lips as I gently withdrew and surged back into her.

My world narrowed to just her. The way she felt, the intoxicating scent of her skin and the sweet dulcet notes of pleasure that escaped her lips as I plunged my thickness into her. Then she pulled me closer and I kissed her softly. Our kisses turned hungry, deep, passionate and I relished every moment of it.

"You're my dream. You're so beautiful." I whispered near her lips as our hips danced in unison and she slowly met me, thrust for thrust driving me to the brink of insanity. Steadily, I kept her there, building an ecstasy that when I exploded I left her writhing beneath me as I poured myself inside her. At that moment I felt as if I was floating. My limbs became heavy; my head felt dizzy as the alcohol we had consumed finally began to rush through me.

Breathing heavily our bodies still meshed together, I didn't feel like moving, but I had to ease my weight off of her. Slowly, I leaned off to the side. Up until this point, her eyes were the last thing I remembered and as soon as they fluttered shut so did mine.

We walked in and headed straight to the family planning aisle. I watched her slow down and look at the full array of Condoms and lubes on the shelf. The way her cheeks flushed a bit, I could tell this was all new to her. I thought she looked cute and adorable as she looked at them and slowly averted her gaze. Then slowly she looked up at me embarrassed as ever, I bit back a smile and enjoyed the way she began to fidget. We moved further down and my eyes landed on the last box of Plan B on the shelf and we just stood there staring at it. At the same time we reached for it and our fingers touched. Again, that sudden tingle zipped through my finger. I looked at her and right away I felt a sudden pull to her. As if an invisible net was pulling us together. All I could do was stare down into her beautiful face and get lost with the allure of her lips. Like a magnet pulling me closer, I had an urge to pull her into my arms and kiss her. The moment I was so close the voice over the s

***Bernard's POV***My morning was like any other. I woke up to the humming tone of Constanza as she zipped in and out of the rooms down the hall and fresh aroma of coffee. I lay awake for a while absorbing the rays of the morning sun as it spilled through the window. With a rushed exhalation of breath I stretched my rested bones, then sat up to start my day. While Wilson drove me to work, I scrolled through my appointment calendar and last minute added conference calls Gladys added to my calendar.I stepped off the elevator and walked close to my dad's office. "Hi Miss Celeste, I need a late pass," I smiled. She pulled out a pad from her desk and began to scribble on it. With a grin, she passed it over the counter. Before I could grab it, she pulled it back playfully. Confused, I looked up into her playful eyes."Where is that handsome uncle of yours?" She narrowed her eyes.I lowered my head with a smile I couldn't contain the urge to laugh."He is still in Amsterdam, but he sends his regards," I grinned"He better," she smirked pushing the paper forward. My uncle Kyle and Celeste had a thing for each other back in college that went cold after he got accepted an internship in Amsterdam to be a Biologist. Nevertheless, they still keep in touch mainly through me with little comebacks and cryptic messages of reuniting. Cute and funny, I would say.I walked out of the office into the halls and walked towards my 3rd-period class."STEPHANIE!" I heard my favorite voice in the world shout.
