Let's Start Over

It's been 3 days since I last saw Nathan and he never visited nor sleep in this room. Also, not once I leave this hell hole place because there are guards outside this room to make sure I never escape for there are no windows in this room and the only exit is the door. 

It felt like a prison here, the food was brought by a she-wolf and she never talk to me neither the two guards.

It just added to my loneliness, good thing my snake keeps me company but she keeps whining that we needed to shred skin and shift which I still refuses. I don't want this pack to suffer because of me when the Lycans know I was here.

Staring into the ceiling, I count again the tiny stars. Once I'm finished, I stare at the black wallpaper of this room. Well, this room is all coated in black except the wardrobe which is still on white wallpaper.

Just imagine, you where stuck in a dark room with no windows and no one to talk to. What would you feel? You'll feel isolated, slowly sipping out all the energy you got.

I was completely heal now and I'm totally fine but Nathan still won't let me out.

Getting bored, I decided to sing.

I mindlessly sing it like I've known it in my entire life. I mentally laugh at the song for it was ridiculous.

A clap snap me out of my thoughts as Nathan is smirking at me.

"I never thought you could sing." He said amused.

"Oh, shut up." I roll my eyes. "Can I leave now? I've been here for days, alone."

"I came here to pick you up." He walks towards me and lift me up.

"Stop!!!" I yell at him. "Stop it or else I will kick your balls."

"Oh really?" He smirk.

"Yes, really" I firmly said as he chuckle. Good thing he put me down.

"You still haven't changed, Kanisha." He sadly smile at me.

I froze. 

Did he call me Kanisha!? Did he!!!???

'He did.' My snake said as she roll her eyes.

Stupid snake.

'I'm a cobra.  Stop saying snake' She whine.

'You are a snake' I said in a matter-of-fact. 

'A cobra snake' She hiss at me.

'Whatever. When we shifted 3 years ago---' I said but she cut me off.

'I want to shift now' She demanded.

'Shut up. When we shifted, we shifted into a large cobra, right?' I ask.

'Yes' She said in a duh tone.

'Can I change into different kinds of snake?' I ask.

'Why? Aren't you contented with what you have' She said.

'Ughhh, just answer my question' This time I'm the one who whine.

'No.' She said and cut our conversation.

I was so engrossed to our conversation that I forgot Nathan in front of me with raised eyebrow.

"Talking to your snake?" He asked.

"Sort off" I laugh then froze. "You knew?!"

"Knew what?" He ask.

"Ughhh whatever." I stump my feet going to the bathroom.

"I know that you are a Lamia 3 years ago, the day you shifted---" I cut him off.

"Which you left me there looking stupid!" I hiss.

"Look, I was shocked that it was you. I thought that you were eaten by a Lamia. Never once I thought that you are a Lamia---" I cut him once again.

"Because you thought I'm a weak human!" I yell angrily.

"CAN YOU JUST LET ME FINISH TALKING!!!!" He scream.

"CAN YOU STOP TALKING USELESS WORDS AS IF YOU REGRETTED IT!!!" I screamed too.

"IT'S NOT USELESS WORDS, DAMN IT. I'M EXPLAINING FOR F*CK SAKE!!!" Nathan yell.

"EXPLAINING WHAT!!?? HOW YOU REJECT ME EVERYTIME----" This time he cut me off.

"I DID NOT REJECT YOU---" He yelled.

"THEN WHAT DO YOU CALL IT, HUH!? THAT TIME WHEN YOU WANT TO KILL ME!!!" I angrily scream at him.

"and here I thought you lost your memory." He smirk at me.

Oh shit.

I was damn speechless and my mind was trying hard to form a witty comeback that I didn't felt Nathan's hands on my waist, hugging me tightly.

"What the f*ck! Get away from me." I pushed my body away from him but he only held me tighter.

"I missed you." He whispered.

I froze.

Ha! He missed me? Hell no!

"I really thought you forget me." He said as he hold me tighter, making it hard to breath. "My conclusion is never wrong."

I looked at him weirdly.

"That you never lost your memory, you faked it." He continued.

Then again, I'm speechless.

"How?" I ask.

"It was obvious with the way you looked at me--" His eyes flashed a different emotion but he quickly hide it. "-- with hatred."

"Of course I faked it. Why? Because I don't want to see your face again after the things you've done to me!" I yelled at him.

He just looked at me with no emotion.

"Do you think I would easily forget it? Huh?" I glared at him. "Now, if you excuse me. I would really appreciate getting your hands of me." 

He took his hands away. 

I walked towards the door to get out I heard him say something.

"What!" I ask.

He took a deep breath and look at me straight in the eyes.

"I'm sorry." He whispered.

I am shocked. 

Mouth open and eyes bulging while I stare at him.

"Don't look at me like that." He closes his eyes and pinch the bridge of his nose.

"What did you say again?" I ask. I could not believe that he apologized to me. 

He looked at me almost defeated.

"I'm sorry, okay". 

"I never expect you to apologize to me, not ones." I whispered.

He let out a sigh and roughly rub his face then walked towards me.

He caress my cheeks and I let him.

"I'm sorry for everything I've done to you. I know I'm such a d*ck when I ordered your execution. I really didn't meant it, I lost control over myself and my wolf wants to put you in place."

"Oh." I have so many things I wanted to tell him but I couldn't. I can't blame him it's just his wolf being an ass but I can't control my hatred and disgust towards him.

"Come." He grab my hand and lead me outside the room. The guards are no longer there.

I was still shock that he caught me off guard and here I am now in his office glaring daggers at his direction while he's busy with his work. 

What the hell would he take me here when he would just work his ass off.

"Well he has a nice ass."  I immediately shake my head. Gosh, what was I thinking.

"Kanisha."

"What?" I snap back which I earn a sigh from him.

"Why are you so hard?" 

"Why are you such an asshole?" I said angrily at him which causes him to growl at me. "I'm so tired of this shit."

He suddenly stand up and motion me to follow him.

He walked towards the door leading outside where his car parked.

"Where are we going?" I stand firmly in my place as I watch him open the door of the car for me.

"Just get in." 

"Just tell me." I crossed my arms waiting for him to answer me but he just grab my bicep and shove me inside the car.

We were driving for 45 minutes with a deadly silence and I would like to keep it that way. I notice he keeps glancing on me but I didn't pay any attention to it.

Later on, we stop in front of a fancy restaurant.

I don't need to ask why we're here. I gulp as I thought of the good food they're serving here.

I immediately take off the seat belt after he parked the car and I didn't wait for him to get out first.

As I enter, many eyes looked at my direction which is quite embarrassing but I didn't care.

I went to the far end table and take a seat and soon Nathan arrive with a grumpy face. I don't need to ask why.

Silence engulfed us which is awkward for he just stare at me and I couldn't look into his eyes.

"Why did you change?"

"Wh-what?" Sh*t I stuttered.

"Appearance."

"Oh. I just like it." I twirl a piece of my hair.

The waitress arrive and instantly her eyes flicker to Nathan.

Stupid human.

"May I take your order sir?" She bend and show off her huge tits to Nathan which angered me.

Nope. I'm not angry.

"I'll take a large cheese burger, chilli fries, vegetable salad and chips with mustard. Oh, add a glass of apple juice." I smile nicely to the waitress as I said my order.

She wrote my order with a grumpy face but it instantly light up when he talk to Nathan again.

"How about you handsome?" She winked. SHE WINKED!!!!

Nathan was silent for a minute.

"I will order just the same as my wife." He grinned and winked at me.

I'm shocked but the waitress was more shocked than I do. Her mouth was wide open just the same as her eyes bulging.

"Go." 

The waitress stump her way to the counter.

"What was that for?" I suppose to hate him for saying that I'm his wife but I felt like there are butterflies living in my stomach.

"Nothing." He shrugged as if it was -----nothing.

"Nothing? Really?" 

He pinched the bridge of his nose and sigh. Maybe I irritate him or maybe I make him angry but I don't care.

The food arrived and I dig in ignoring the huge tits waitress.

"Kanisha?" 

"Yes?" Looking up, I saw a flash of emotion in Nathan's eyes.

"I want to start over with you."
