Hidden

I  am stucked here. Together with these dirty things that she kept. I can't seem to breathe. I'm suffocated with so much dust. I feel so hopeless. Will I ever get out of here?

It was a long time ago, since the last time I've been out from this box. I keep remembering that night when she cried so helplessly as she held me in her arms. The walls of the room muffled her rants so that only a low murmur can be heard. I was also hurt while she's hurting. I'm in pain with every words that she jotted down on me. And I have felt her agony as she mumbled his name. She was broke, and I can't do anything but to listen with her thoughts. I was a gift that she received from him so I understand why she drawn daggers and knives in me. She said nothing then shoved me inside this box with her sad eyes.

Days, weeks, and months had passed but I am still here, together with these dirty stuffs that she kept. And I was surprised as she finally opened the box. However, more surprised to see her smiling. "It's been a long time." She said then embraced me tightly. How I miss this kind of warmth that she can give. She grabbed her pen and jotted these words that made me happy for her. She finally moved on, and I know that she won't need me anymore.

Then she shoved me inside the box while smiling. She stared at me for the last time and mumbled, "Thank you and goodbye, my dearest diary."
